Amazing Senior management and whole finance department. Finance director really appreciate and help if you are working towards a designation. Very nice work environment that I still miss my Rodair family and its monthly town halls. Would definitely recommend! 

You get 3 weeks vacation from day 1st. Even large multi national give 2 weeks, Rodair is different. If you work 20 years you get 6 weeks vacation.

Customs manager is terrible, belittles you and makes you feel like you are the biggest idiot on the planet. 

For a mid-sized company, the CEO is very distant and wonders why the turn over rate is so high. I worked there for 1 year and the whole department changed, and recently I checked in with a friend who works in finance, the whole department has changed again!

Family owned business, you have to explain them what they need and why, if you are lucky you may get financing for project about half then it need

Was a nice place to work, until they begin to pile on the workload with minimal training, and inadequate support. Management in a particular department is a little crazy

Great Staff, Little Planning

Little accountability on mid management to targets, a need to add more front line staff with proper targets and the follow up and accountability that goes along with this to ensure things don't come as a surprise

Nice place to start your career. Salary is lower than average in the industry and benefits included, but not the best package. Fast paced environment. You can learn a lot, people there are very friendly and  helpful.
