A typical work day would be answering the phone and listening to what customer called about.Working for rogers was fun, it was a very exciting speaking to different customer everyday. And helping customer solving their billing inquires that was the most enjoyable part of my job , cause if a customer is happy then i'm happy has well . The hardest part of my job was when i feel like i wasn't making my customers happy.In regards to giving a customer great customer satisfaction for eg, credit for a valid charges on the account.And customer ask to speak with a supervisor . My co-workers where fun to work with we all work together has a team and help each other out if and when we can. The same thing goes with our supervisor/ team leads they do their best to help us making the customers happy and sometimes helps us to solve customers issues. What i have learned, is active listening and great communication skills work s all the time and you have to be patient with your customers.

the good parts of rogers were the high pay, and good benefits package.

and to me the late nights and split weekends were also okay.

but the management made work very stressful, they sacrificed their customers and employees to make themselves look better. no responsibility, no basic respect for other people. and this promoted a culture of fear, blame, and laziness.

Was amazing while it lasted but I was dealing with my grandmothers passing and another close friend the day I left I miss working at Rogers was a amazing job but they didn’t handle my situation the best I was also trying to find out what is wrong with my stomach at the time I have to go for surgery for it I missed 5 days of the training cuz of it I would love to return if I ever could get the chance

management and employees re amazing, we al fight the same struggle of dealing with all type of customers. The culture at Rogers is energetic and always changing. Food is a big deal, if you want to gain 30lbs in 3months, that's the place to work.

Excellent place to work with very friendly and helpful people. Amazing cafeteria and beautiful environment. Rogers is a very progressive company that is constantly looking to innovate. I would recommend Rogers as a great place to work.

Was a decent oppertunity from home, training took about a month, lots of after class work. Pay was what you could expect. Typical customer service job.

At first they are giving positive news about the company. But after you are trained then all of sudden they will increase the quota  of your target which sometimes it's hard.

I would recommend this place if you are looking to build interpersonal skills. You learn how to develop yourself and move on in a productive work space.
