Rogers Inc. was an enjoyable company to work for. Rogers was a pleasant environment as I got along with everybody due to my charasmatic nature. The nature of my job was to assist customers with their various phones needs and upsell them new phone packgages at a lesser valuer to benifit their needs.

I admit it had it challeges with difficult customers but that helped me grow as a individual and professional.

The most part I liked about working for Rogers was what they stood for; excellent Customer Service! I admired and adhered to thier values of the Company. My co-worker/collegues we're a joy to work with as in a fast-paste environment they put me at ease.
The managers we're very efficent and always excpected excellent work from their employees. The as I tried my very best to set a goal produce.

What I learned about myself is time-management skills and productivity. For example setting a goal and doing better the next day, as I have a bit of a competitive spirit.
Growing daily as a person to know how to avoid making simple mistakes, learning how to be better each day. I have a planner which I schedule everything to be organized and efficient.

Roger's is an okay company to work for. You must be able to adapt very quickly to change, manage to be in a fast paced environment, be flexible to have your schedule change often. Parking is a struggle, seniority is a huge advantage otherwise you start at the bottom. Very catty environment and judgemental people especially if you ever go on any sort of leave. Management is good, however they seem to restructure the best ones out.

Very good training was provided.
Very good management, they listen to suggestions and concerns.
Staff calling in for support always respectful and considerate.
Team members always willing to help.

Overall feel happy working with the team in Rogers, nice enviornment with recent renovation. Manager and team members are nice and easy going. Job itself is kind of chanllenging, contains much technologies, learned alot from here.

I enjoyed working with wonderful people, testing multiple applications and delivering great results to the customers in a cost efficient manner.

The company is filled with individuals that are supportive of one's goal to move up within the company. The hardest part of the job is being the face of the company, because we must deal with the angry customers who are upset with the company.

Great company to work for. 
Unfortunately, doesn't hire full-time very much. Generally all positions are part-time. Hard to transfer from one department to another. 
Really helpful and considerate management team.

It is somewhat okay in some areas but in some areas like development of career, it is lacking. If I get the chance again , I will sure join. Good technical knowledge bank.

Provided customer service with the wireless team,  my first job out of school.  Liked working there but wanted to do more.  Made the move to further my experience and career.

fast paced sales environment, but work hard and you will make a lot of money. Work/life balance can be tough if you are in school, but manageable if you work it out with management.
