Rogers Place

A typical day at work, for me,going into the administrative office to get the clip board with the paperwork.
Then when i'd get upstairs my task's would be counting inventory , turning on popcorn machine, hot dog rollers, getting candy baskets out for when people start rolling into work, and going down to the money room and grabbing the cash for my cashiers. 

I've learnt a lot about myself at rogers place, I learnt how to be more assertive , delegate , and appreciate people more. 

The management at Rogers Place is AMAZING. I don't just say that about any place, They know how to have a fun time and still teach others while doing it. They're super understanding, and keep a cool head when talking to disrespectful, or drunk customers. 

The hardest part about being a Stand Manager is you get the blame on everything that goes wrong. For example, Don't have enough of anything?? Why didn't you double check to make sure it'll be enough for the night.

The greatest part of the job, Definitely the coworkers. We all joke around, and tell jokes. it's never a bad time working there.

-Some direct supervisors are micromanagers and have had my fair share of disagreements with, but the actual management team is overall competent, very helpful, and very friendly.

- It's generally a very easy job but the hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult people
- The most enjoyable part of my job was the interactions I've had with customers and coworkers alike.

I've only been with Rogers Place for a few months, but I was immediately taken in like a family member. I appreciate all of my coworkers and the love that they have shown me. The customers are, for the most part, tolerable. If there is anyone causing a scene, security will remove them to ensure employee safety. The management can be a bit iffy at times, but they can recognize their faults and work on them.

productive, fun work place, job was only temporary so I was not there very long. 
•	Serviced, cleaned and supplied restrooms
•	Gathered and disposed of trash 
•	Cleaned buildings by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming floors, and dusted furniture, machines and equipment 
•	Notified managers of the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems 
•	Requisitioned supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties

Now don’t get me wrong I like working there but I have several issues. For starters the suite reps just put dirty dishes in your cart and when it’s a few they put a cart full on, next lot of stuff leave earlier than others and leave only one person to clean their mess, there are some events they schedule you for and you still there and to nothing, security will treat you differently when you look a certain way, and you never get brakes 

Great job for students,  simple laid back in hindsight your not doing much work besides maybe walking around or standing at main gates for entry. Great but most shifts are evenings for events ( games, concerts and etc) good pay for the work being done and all managers are very nice and accommodating due it being all their 2nd jobs... Keep in mind this is info all before the April 2019 I havent worked their since then.

Working at Rogers I have made some of my bestfriends, it is so fun to interact with staff and fans and it is the best job I’ve ever had and will keep it for as long as possible. It’s very flexible, you can basically pick your hours and is overall a fantastic place to be and work at. Most times, I don’t even want to go home after work. 

Working in Rogers Place is very much exciting experience. I have learned so many things about customers service and how to deal with various types of people. I didn't find anything hard on the job. The most enjoyable part of the job is the place itself. The Rogers Place, just wow.

This place is a muck I do not recommend to any one. This is the worst  management team I've ever witnessed and I'm surprised they have lasted this long. Money does talk and Aramark proves this on a daily basis. All the complaints with WHS, Alberta Bullying, WCB, and numerous amount of reports and still nothing done.This is completely disgusting.

Had a lot of fun working at Rogers place, fun team, really fast pace and great money. They gave me a little raise after a month without me asking. Management is supportive and my co workers were also really great, only thing I would say is shifts are very few and far in-between, definitely a second job type of gig since you only work when there's events going on
