Rogers Video/Retail was an extremely rewarding experience. The training structure that was set in place made it possible to learn all aspects of the Rental & Retail business easy. Taking the initiative to complete extra training on the cellular aspect could lead to extra compensation through sales. 

Everyone that worked at Rogers was keen on fun. Always joking around and made it easy to come to work. Working with such a team only lead to pouring yourself right back into the business to see it succeed with pride.

I was very fortunate to be able to work with wonderful people. I looked forward to going to work every day. The department I worked in consistently scored the highest in the employee engagement surveys. I enjoyed my job. Unfortunately, due to a restructuring within the company, my position was outsourced and I was given a severance package. I hope to have the opportunity to work again in an environment such as the one I had at Rogers. 

Learned great sales experience here. a typical day at work would be busy, which is what I loved as it kept me productive and interactive with everyone who I dealt with throughout the day.

Generate sales, convert customers from to competitors to Rogers customers.
Strive to achieve the day goals.
Enjoy being with customers, enjoy tackling objections.

Over the workload and culture that the office had was great. Lots of things organized by head office and pass down to staff. Tho now the head office is in Ontario. You will need to head there to look for a placement

Rogers Retail is a great place to offer solutions to the client in an ever changing telecommunications industry. Always looking to offer the best available in all home and personal entertainment.

High expectations with high rewards.  Great place to work for dedicated professionals.  Opportunities for motivated individuals to move up in the GTA area.  Many opportunities for training.

Great balance for work life - great benefit for employees - challenging customer interactions are quite normal. Great ability to have a long lasting career

A structured company with many levels of approval, but incredibly efficient in the decision making process. A great school for all who want to enter the telecomm market.

Not bad but all the training is not the same. The call center and the in store did not have the same training so it made it very confusing.
