This is a good place to start your career as people at Rohit are really supportive especially towards young people at the start of their career, however the potential for career advancement is limited (at least for me) given the size the company and the nature of the department that I am in, but you can still advance if you are determined and the management think you can add a lot of value to the company.

Turnover is high among low to middle ranking employees, which is not necessarily a bad thing I think as many people would learn the skills they need from working here, reach a plateau, and then move on to better opportunities else where. In hindsight I definitely stayed at this company for longer that I should. 

As for the accountant position spefically, we actually do a quite bit accounting clerk work, i don't mind at the start as I am learning, but even the senior accountants do them too  expect a lot of routine work and ad hoc work due to turnover and temporary understaffing. However I do enjoy working with the people there, as they taught me a lot in terms of both accounting knowledge and just general business knolwedge. 

The Rohit Group is a rapidly growing organization. Growing pains are inevitable. With that, if you have a growth-mindset, there are multiple learning opportunities to grow on personal and professional levels and to make a positive difference at Rohit. I enjoy the challenge, trust and empowerment I have from my manager and overall the senior management team. I am proud of the impact of my achievements on employees' experience at Rohit. My day is full of exciting challenges, micro moments of gratitude and achievements, and constant fire fighting. If you a results-driven person who enjoys navigating challenging situations and rapid changes, building a strong case for your ideas and proposals among evolving Type A personalities, and accepting the fact that you can't control every outcome, I recommend the Rohit Group as a good fit place to work at. If you want steadiness, routine tasks, and a defined role, you won't be a good fit at Rohit.

I worked in the Marketing division at Rohit for over 7 months and can safety say it was one of the best jobs I ever had. 

Management was supportive and encouraged us to take the initiative on various exciting projects, events, and campaigns. 

Your opinion is valued, so speak up and provide the value you can to the company, and they will reward you for it. 

That being said there are 'crunch' times where time management will be your best friend, but this never impeded my work/life balance.

A typical day at work involves balancing tasks, collaborating with colleagues, and solving problems efficiently. I’ve learned the importance of time management, communication, and adapting to unexpected challenges. Management provides guidance, though their style can greatly influence motivation and productivity. The workplace culture is supportive, encouraging teamwork and respect, but sometimes high-pressure situations arise. The hardest part of the job is handling tight deadlines and multitasking under stress. The most enjoyable part is achieving goals with the team, seeing results, and feeling valued for contributions.

I worked in many departments and Rohit Group.  I worked in Accounting, Legal, Land Development, Purchasing and Accounting Management.  Initially, I helped with set up of the various departments to online software.  Because of the changes,I was always learning new things and new software programs.  Management was excellent and provided support throughout the time I was there.  Workplace culture was positive and there were a number of team-building activities and retreats.   I loved working at Rohit Group.

Honestly it is a great place to work as long as you want to work hard and want to learn alot in a very short time.
This is not a job for the slow hearted. 
You need to know how to pivot. You need to know how to not stress yourself out when the work gets fast ( and this company is growing !! )
HR Team is fantastic. One of the best in the industry. The Salary is above average for the industry.
Benefits could be better. Cheap but not very comprehensive.
Overall good place to work.

Worked for Rohit groups of companies for the better part of a year and it was one of the best employment experiences I have had in my lifetime. The company focuses on positive and innovative growth and mentoring their teams and departments. Each employee working with Rohit is encouraged to excel and grow in their positions and build positive relationships internally and within the community.

I had autonomy to get the job done.  It was enjoyable and rewarding.  The people are smart and are always looking for ways to improve the company.  The annual state of the union meetings and biannual company wide education and team building outings were very impressive.

Employees are told that they are replaceable on a regular basis.  No job security, some managers do not support them team and micromanage them.  Over qualified people are hired into positions that are glorified and then once they figure it out they leave.  Therefore turnover within company is very high but production and efficiency is expected not to change.
