A typical day at Hagen Industry involves a fast-paced mix of technical problem-solving, collaborative teamwork, and driving innovative solutions.

Unqualified manager with 0 emotional intelligence. Ready to throw you under the bus at the first available chance to save himself, I have witnessed colleagues being bullied by the director for asking too many questions. The owners created a very hostile and accusative environment where everyone is looking for someone to blame to save themselves from the constant pressure and accusations. 

My co-workers were a alot of fun we joked and had a great time
there wasnt really a hard part of the job
the most enjoyable part of the job was the people
managment was ok but they expected so much from the employees
i learned how to drive a power jack
a typical day of work was picking orders and enjoying the company of co-workers

I enjoyed 12 fruitful years with Hagen.  They took the time to coach and mentor giving me an enormous set of skills that I still use daily.  Many fond memories with the Hagen family.

Don’t value their employee properly (don’t recognized the hard work), take them for granted and underpay them. Some should be fired but for some reason they are still working there even when the CEO and managers are well aware of the situation.
Very good at throwing parties thought!

A typical day at work would include managing events and various marketing projects. 

Learned a lot about the pet industry.

Most enjoyable part of the job is the variety of projects we get to work on.

Certain departments aren't allowed to work from home when needed.

Autonomy and individual account management
- Office did not work as a team
- Specialty accounts were given priority for inventory and brands
- Brands with in company portfolio were declining

Workplace is great with great people and a nice atmosphere. When I was working there was told to do unpaid overtime with an already low pay and no benefits and there was nowhere for me to move up. 

Hagen is a family run business. They promote people based on performance and personality. I was treated so well there,

Well run company until owner passed away and oldest child took over daily operation as President then Downhill from then on
