My job now, is similar to my work before, it is fast faced invironment. 
I learned on how to form a car parts, and how to operate the machine.
Good management.
I learned on how to deal different kind of People and thier Culture
If the machine is broken and no available parts, we wont be able to meet the production, and some parts is sharp.
If we meet the production everyday, I meet a new friends too...

I gain more experience, I learned how to operate machine and meet new friends. The management treat us well and concern about the safety of the workers. My co workers are friendly. The hardest part of the job is standing for a long period of time but i'm enjoying doing my job. My only reason for leaving the job it is not a permanent job. sometimes it slows down we don't have a job for how many days.

The management, the lead hand and the supervisor did not care about the workers except them self especially the supervisor and the team lead  they were rude, did not know how to talk to people with respect and they don't train you properly they just put you on a machine and expect you to know what your doing.

Supervisors extremely rude and refuse to properly train new employees. Instead, they prefer to yell at them for being incapable of performing tasks they were never trained to do. Extremely humid work environment and tedious work makes it possibly one of the worst places I've ever worked at.

There was no any job security. They cancelled night shift and also reduced benefits.

Morning production meeting was in the middle of a small hallway very close to stamping area which was noisy area and nobody could listen to other people.



Relaxed work environment with some sweet people. The work load is reasonable in a fast paced establishment and overtime is available . Guaranteed 40 hours a week.

I worked for Rollstar for 10 years. in that time I was payed very well working for them. i worked from home. working for them. working with an engineer were we also worked very well together.  But we were overtaken  by a large company.

Good co-workers, very team driven. Management seemed more concerned with own appearance and costs. Lean management was introduced but largely ignored.

at rollstar the work was relatively easy with little physical excoriation compared to my previous employment.  however the company was in a state of conversion from three shifts a day to only two those being a day and knight shift.

Was one of the best companies i have ever worked with. The employers treated me with respect and i worked to the best of my abilities to stay on top of the game.
