A typical day is very fast paced and busy, but after all the food is out and served it slows down. 

I learned a lot from this job, i learned to carry a tray light or heavy, through tight compact spaces in between customers. i became a lot more confident in myself and my abilities. 

The management is a better than it was a couple years ago and everything runs smoothly.

I got along with all my co-workers and made good friends with most of them and always loved working alongside of all of them. All really friendly fun people.

the hardest part of the job would be the demand for time but, just going with the flow and staying calm makes it go according to plan.

The most enjoyable part of the job would be the environment and people.

The chef can be a toxic, the managers are judgemental and you'll be working with kids that prefer their lifestyle over there job. If you get onto their bad side.The servers they will go above and beyond to get you fired. One of the dishwashers will boss you around and if they dont get there way. They will spite you do to there ego. 
BUT!!!
They treat you like family, they make sure you're fed as well willing to listen when you have problems. They do have a good heart and work as a team.

Roma catering is an amazing catering company. Catering to events of all sizes. Flexible menu options and exceptional venues. They also cater to private events in your home. All amazing people, very friendly and productive and amazing food.

I enjoy the family atmosphere, and great work environment.  Always something new to learn. Rounding out my resume with fresh rustic Italian cuisine was something I needed to do. Working the offsite catering is great, and a wonderful way to interact with clients.

I didn't work for Roma's very long, not my kind of work, not to mention the pay wasn't good. They don't require a pro-serve regardless of being around alcohol.

great place to work, fun and very high paced with a great work culture. a variety of different positions are given out and you experience multiple work positions instead of just your own

The job is great but the management is the worst.Because they think they owned you for some reason and they want you to do whatever your not getting paid to do.
