A typical day at work involves maintaining a secure environment, assisting guests, and enjoying show viewings during breaks. I've learned effective crowd management and communication skills. Management is supportive and proactive in addressing any issues. The workplace culture is positive and collaborative. The hardest part is occasional late-night shifts, though rare. The most enjoyable part is being part of exciting events and experiencing the shows.

I don't think I've ever worked with a boss who complains so much about his employees, he is disorganized, lazy and has poor planning to boot.

Also needs to let his employees know where they are going before they are going before the get to the office, so time isnt wasted

Should properly uniform his employees as well, like giving more than a shirt and a light jacket when its getting towards winter

Overall not the best place to work

They average overtime over 4 weeks, then dont pay it.  They do not support staff...you are just a number for them to make money.  No benefits and no support from an office that does not run properly.  If your full time you get only one shirt....let's see the owner work full time with one shirt!  Be prepared to bend over backwards to help but dont expect anything in return.

I never met the boss, but I heard about him often. I was made to work double shifts and deal with late and absent coworkers. I got 1 shirt, promised a jacket I never received and was left to figure everything out on my own. My pay was late multiple times and I was left alone to figure out emergency situations. Horrible workplace.

if i could give these clowns a quarter star i would but they dont even deserve that... if you see them hiring... run for your life... no on call management they are always late paying. and if you have family your in deep trouble.. oh and dont ever plan on having personal emergencies either THEY WILL FIRE YOU 

I am currently working for Romex  as a summer student and pursuing a police career after college.  I like the fact that i get to work different security jobs, from events to construction sites.  The owner also sometimes works sites with the guards to help better train us.

I am currently a Security Guard with Romex. I enjoy my work and feel like it is a rewarding place to work. There is room for advancement and management is good at working around my schedule if needed. I am learning new ways to he a better Security guard with this company. 

Company was good, however lacked upper management  2 people an could become overwhelming.  However, was always able to fill in shifts when needed. Romex is a great company to work for. Just didnt want to renew my license.

Wonderful place to work, learned how to effectively maintain and update a filing system. Learned how to do inventory of stock to fill my down time, as well as took on any other tasks that anyone need help to catch up on.
