The most stressful thing is when a company wants more from an employee than it can give.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
In conversations between workers, you can often hear phrases about how they don't like this job, how irresponsible the management is. Daily violation of safety regulations, poor quality tools, it's very hot in the summer, people are demotivated by the fact that the management often changes its own promises and does not fulfill them.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day looks like this: get a tool, check the tool, start working. During this process, everyone waits for a break, tries to hide in the toilet, those who do not have enough space in the toilet try to work less, pretending that they understand the process. All this is achieved by shifting management responsibilities to the shoulders of ordinary workers. Thanks to this algorithm of actions, workers experience more stress than they could, and management constantly hints that people are not working well

Got an interview and started working within two days of on-boarding process it was quite smooth but the real story starts after that on the very first day without any training any basic understanding of their process they have given tasks with target and they have got some guys with the positions of lead who keep on lifting balls of production manager and keep their eye on you everytime and when you need them they taunt you instead of helping toxicity at it's peak there. I started with a very good energy but with the same behavior my levels went down and I started struggling then I have non stop started getting threaten of being fired if I unable to meet their target during the very first week I didn't feel like working there and on the next week they terminated me..And I was very happy after that now I can find some better place.

One problem has a trillions in the solution that solve a problem withdifferentmethods. It is not gonna be the one who has a good solution for it. It's a good idea to have in books like example that'd make it easier for 
you'll have solve the problems you have mentioned. If you have any other ideas or more to be making things happen You are allowed a

Always have cool and interesting projects to work on, but unfortunately because management is very rude and talks down to you, it makes the projects less desirable to work on. Also the pay is subpar considering the type of work they expect out of you.

Company is sketchy and management is very u reliable work place is bad no ventilation and very hazardous  work environment management is rude they keep laying off people randomly every 6 months 

I enjoyed working at roshel it’s was a great experience, if you want to learn you’ll learn. Overall a great experience would work there again. Recommended to beginning welders.

Worst company to work for. They hired first and you never know whey they gonna kick you out without any reason. I recommend not to work there its better to look for something else.

Not safety , hard work  , need to lift heavy items , tremendously poor ventilation , total lack of fresh air , no one teaches you properly , inconsistent working proses . 

Good starting career but quite unorganized as there are a lot of people looking for place to work and welding machines. Work environment is hot and dusty.

İf u start work here be careful  when they fire u,  you don’t know  all time the owner walking around but employees good peoples  they are good for they communities
