Pay and benefits are competitive throughout the company, and there is a strong focus on health and safety. Come in, do your work, go home on time culture.

Structure is too rigid and every process is without negotiation or flexibility. Little honesty or communication  about big picture developments. Almost no opportunity to advance career wise if there isn't a vacancy in your department. 

Got screwed, management is so corrupt. They will do anything to advance there careers. Take so much kick back and point blame elsewhere. Would not recommend accepting position they expect you to work and travel endlessly and then at the first opportunity will point blame and not support you in any way. 

Just not a god company to work for in the customer service office sector. Management doesn’t care about their employees, everyone hates working there. HR is rude, big turn around . Just a waste of time. No progression 

Supervisors heavily influence the management due to their lack of direct work-relevant education.
Job security is low, and they provide you no training at all. 
There is too much work politics.

Company values its employees and pay is fair once you are hired on. Quarterly bonuses and annual bonuses are a huge plus. Great people to work for and with, there's lots of support when you need it and amazing opportunities to train and expand your knowledge and experience 

Great place to work with good people all around you. Highly recommended. Company is strong and stays strong through employee relations. Great introduction to the building industry.

old managerial mentality. Run the equipment into the ground, then blame it on someone else
No one takes ownership or tries as hard as I did with out any credit given

The only, personal, downside was the distance from work. Anything else was net superior to any other workplaces.

No support,the supervisor is no good.
The work environment is so dusty,
Bad air quality,no management skills,
Coworker not nice

This is typical multi billion dollar company.  A great place to rot away until retirement. Talent comes and goes as they do not promote.  Management is a team of yes men.
