Ruby Tuesday

I wanted to be a part of the group, there seems to be clicks , I had noticed a very large group of girls, servers , bar tenders , cooks and managers. I was not a huge fan of addressing people who are sitting down, I think it is rude to need attention and for them to be relaxing being paid. One of the managers got fired for drinking beer on it, lots of drugs in the place. Lots of emotional insecurity.  Not a great place for people who have a soul

Some management were on the clock, but nowhere to be found, unless they were bumming a smoke from an employee. One manager was awesome, super nice and helpful. I don't understand how the other two managers even got their titles, they did no work at all.

learned how to use a deep fryer there, was not my first cook job but it was definitely one of my more favorable jobs the team management was great all the guys coks or servers were all fun guys! hardest part was closing times during the slow days but thankfully there is always things to do in the kitchen!

Expectations are inhumane. Salary isn't near enough to get by with today's cost of living. This job was not enough pay to provide food and shelter however their expectations were unobtainable.

As a runner, your job is to serve the food that was ordered. Servers bring the drinks and then take the tips.
And closing time could be whenever.

the place was an alright place to work at the kitchen was just really small so you would have to move around ppl and its super crowded i was only a dish washer there so the best part of the job was jus cleaning the dishes and getting the kitchen maintained

Worked here for 5 years....nice people, work with my schedule, only problem is seasonal work, you will be laid off for a few months.

Working at ruby Tuesday was both good, and awful. The hours felt long, and the pay was horrible, the amount of work expected was extreme compared to the awful minimum wage pay.

Awesome staff and amazing management, loved working for Ruby Tuesday and hope to continue in the future as it is an amazing first job, very glad I had the opportunity to work there.

fun and upbeat fast steady pace work. a need to listen to customer's desires. cleaning and maintaining a spotless sparkling dining area at all times. fun and friendly management and staff.
