Not agreeing with most of the disgruntled employees reviews here. The company is great to work for. Maybe not so much in the office but i can't judge that. 
The field work they offer is fantastic. You get to see places that a lot of canadians have never heard of. The frozen north is where this company does 90% of the work and they have made a good name for themselves up there.
If you're not a complete moron then dealing with management is easy and the co-workers (electricians, plumbers and sheet metal guys) are almost all a great bunch of individuals.
The work is a healthy mix of relaxed, fast paced and stressful. If you can't handle that then you probably shouldn't apply. 
The jobs require you to use your brain. If this is not your forte then don't apply. 
I have been treated good over the last 5 years and have not much to complain about.


A day: Stress, self doubt
Learn: Don't have to up with abuse.
Mgmnt: Even if its wrong, they will do it.
Hard part: finish the day.
Best: going home.


Incredible group of people to work for. This is my first experience away from home and has exceeded my expectations. The office is a step above anything I have experienced and you are treated very well. By far the best company I have ever worked for.

I researched the company before I came up and there were no surprises, please do the same. With that being said, I can promise you that there will be opportunities you never even knew existed.

The most difficult part is being away from home for extended periods but that wasn't a surprise and you can make the best of it.

Don't ever question the Director of Corporate Service or your days will be numbered.

There is a lot of conflict within the Company and it typically starts with Corporate Services, if you never understood the Term "Gaslit" just work there, you most likely will need therapy after you leave.

Brutal atmosphere, fake front (They look amazing on the surface until you start working there).


Ive been working here for over 2 years now. Great experience so far. Always get to fly somewhere new and explore the Arctic. They also do quite a few different types of commercial work. Great place to learn and get good experience. 

This company does not know what they are doing. Current management don't have a clue. One time they had a great company, to bad what they done to it. The bus driver can not control his bus.  

With the lack of an HR dept, you are left to your own devices. If you have a workplace mater to discuss with some in authority, you have to talk to the very person who signs your pay check.  There is definite lack of job stability and you’re often left wondering if you will come back to a job the next day.

The work itself is doable and can be interesting but management has taken an approach that makes every task much more difficult than it is  they are not a Fortune 500 company  just a little electrical company  trying to be something they will aren’t

Narcissistic leadership that prided themselves on destroying workplace culture.

People that don't have a clue what they are doing have a very secure job.

Try and be creative to not pay overtime.

Stay away

Would not recommend.  Very poor Management now that don't appear to care about or support their employees, and takes little to no responsibility for any problems they have.  Very different from the company it used to be.
