They treat the clients as if it's a circus and not as human beings. They just care about money not benefiting the clients for growth. The clients are amazing but unfortunately, there is no safety and staff not experienced in working with such clients cause more behaviours than helping. Only care about their paycheck.  

Working at SAAAC was a meaningful experience. I learned a lot about the community we serve. It felt like I was part of a team working toward a shared purpose. Communication was clear and supportive, which made it easy to work together. Overall, it was a rewarding place where I grew and made a positive impact.

Really supportive supervisors and admin; the pay is less compared to the market, but people are warm, and it's a great place to work at! 

The kiddos are great too



The agency is good for entry level jobs. Training is provided. But no room for growth. The pay is way below market. Clients and community is well connected.
