A typical workday would be aspiring to reach the minimum production target as soon as possible with collaboration from my supervisor. I learned to work collaboratively with my supervisor and co-workers in a fast paced and stressful environment. I learned to manage the department under the able guidance of my supervisor so as to reach the production target as soon as possible. My workplace culture was one of unity in diversity with people of different countries coming together with one common goal.The hardest part of the job was to manage stress in a fast paced goal oriented environment. But we had our own fun moments too like a few occasional jokes with my supervisor or colleagues.

Took the opportunity for designing and create data library for costing purposes and efficiencies by employee , operations and plant, related to Canvas men suits on Made to measure  environment. Had enjoyed seeing, Production managers skills  and expertise grow by using data library values and rates . it is very nice to seeing them become better professionals by using the labor rates created with a team effort participation.

Learning about creating garments. Trained and utilized, to match the fabrics on a pin table (plaid or stripe) 
Ensure the quality of the fabrics and the prepared jobs to be cut. 
Find in storage, measure and cut fabrics, for new orders. 
Match the lining, ordered by the client or indicated by our designers. 
Extended training on fabrics, patterns, suit designs and tailoring details.

The work environment here is toxic, and the root cause lies with upper management. Leadership is outdated in its thinking, clinging to “old school” practices that prioritize control and fear over collaboration and innovation. Employees’ concerns are dismissed rather than addressed, and instead of fostering growth, the culture stifles creativity and morale. Until leadership is willing to modernize its management style and listen to its staff, this will remain an unhealthy workplace.

Endless useless meetings that go nowhere

work is hard, but if you put your heart in your work/love your work it's going to be more a lot easier. but sometimes it is very stressing, people are slow and lazy that's the truth. i don't know if all the people who works there like their job, and honestly they don't focus on what ever they are working,
  i learnt a lot in the company,
but over all our supervisor is nice and kind.

It’s a good place nice people and good and bad thinks and works tasks change all the time because I was a union staff,
But I still enjoy working because I like Responsble but sometime we don’t get Value for the job we do.


Too much stressful and disrespectful environment. The high management all the time is yelling to all employees, there’s no enough work for the production people and they have to stay at home 

Old school top-down management based on outdated methodologies creates a negative and uncoperarative environment that thrives on blame. Systems are outdated, procedures are barely established, hierarchy is stale and static.  

It was very comfortable and nice working In. Whole staff was nice and professional. I loved working there . I learned quit new things and over all it was more then good less then perfect .
