It's not a bad place to work I worked as a temp for a while and money is worth it there's not much training it's pretty sad when they get new Temps to train Temps who don't know how to train people properly,  I was on a week shut down and worked a week then laid off cause they had a mechanical issues on nights I went back to get my steel toes boots from there to work else where they thought I was a new employee there they ask me if I was working afternoons or nights like really come on if your going to get rid of a temp tell them your selfs in stead of going though multiple agency's who don't tell there Temps right away and they need to train there employees right so they can train there Temps better, all and all wouldn't recommend it there employees matter more then Temps,  if your a temp don't apply and wast your time there find something better 

As the overused and misrepresented culture fit is used.  if you didn't go to the same school or were not friends of a friend slim chance you would ever fit in. 
When conflict does arise, your supervisor tells you to deal with it. 
There is no training for any of the programs.
Seem to encourage having a scapegoat for all.  I was told not to stay after 4 p.m., but if the work is not done, you are singled out when you ask for help getting it done.  Very dysfunctional company; encourage boys club; not good for females; they seem to do all the work and the men get to horse around.

I love working for this company!! Their hybrid working structure is excellent and they are very accommodating with specific circumstances. 

You get Fridays half day too! 

My team is my dream team, including my manager. Compassionate, supportive and approachable! Your work is your own, you always have support and everyone helps one another. 

The only downfall is moving jobs to the US alienating our European teams and Uk Teams. I hope they change their mind on this however, the company lead made the decision so I hope it all works out well. 

Definitely, best workplace to work! 

I worked for two years. The environment is good and management has a good communications with employees. 

Processes and responsibilities are clear. There is a salary structure with ranges per job function, so everyone knows where they are in terms of their own salary within that range. This is good as it eliminates discrepancies and makes the compensation fair.

S.C. Johnson is a manufacturing plant with a focus on household products, mainly scented oil candles, the environment is very friendly but fast paced, they take pride in hiring only people that work well with others and have strong personal values and a commitment to high standards.

SC Johnson is a very productive company. It is an enjoyable place to work and the staff and workers are very friendly and very willing to help you when it is needed. The hardest part of the job was not knowing the work schedule and sometimes the people you worked with.

The job involves dedication but company has a lot to offer to the employees including cottages for vacation, bonus and free lunch/dinner.

The company is excellent in pay and benefits.  

Transformations over past 3 years have proved costly for moral as many long serving employees have been eliminated.

Good company to work for, having worked there for 10 years have been through a lot of training. got to meet lots of great people, and enjoyed hitting output targets.

It's ok. The mangers hate the workers and vise versa. The bad apples get promoted and not disaplined while the good workers stay stuck in their positions. Not any ways to grow in the company either
