What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy between team meetings and production meetings.

Worked there 2 weeks in shipping and receiving. Schedule was confusing of what goes and when. In a down season November to December there were some windows where you had to push time and I like a steady pace of work. Busy season is summer, but I didn't want to stay till then. I was confused irritated and uncomfortable.

Nice Company.  The Manager was so nice and great. All employees are friendly and easy to work with. Have Free meal every last Wednesday of the month. There just some time the work coil materials are not good. (Supplier’s fault) . I miss working here. 

Not a good experience at all.  Very cheap company, cares only about profit margins and does not pay fairly.  Too much micro management and little recognition.  Would not recommend, you won’t get what they promise.

Basic everyday shipping/receiving duties, as of loading and unloading trucks. In production was fast paced and learned new skills everyday. Very respectful management.

Screenco is a nice place to work. Fellow employees are pleasant and management is easy to work with.
Suggestions and comments are always welcomed and a lot of them get implemented.


The management was respectful and fair. I would learn new skills on a daily basis. The co-workers were nice to work with and would help when needed.

This was a a good company to work with, well organized, safe and clean working environment. Lots of room for advancement and growth. They promote from within.

Enjoyed my dayfrom the start of my shift until the end of my shift.
