I worked with signature for a fall, winter and spring season before I took some time off.

Overall I loved working for them. They are organized and professional. Fun environment with great people to work with. They actually care about their employees and pay fairly based on your experience. Room for you to move up. Winter shifts can be long but that is winter work overall! I highly recommend applying here if you’re a landscaper or construction worker.

Terrible staff and management

Terrible  attitude by certain staff they do have

Lack of properly maintained equipment, if your not friends you'll end up using broken or about to die equipment due to lack of service. 

If hired you have done thus type of work on the residential side or construction and commercial, youll notice how bad there standards are. Would not recommend at. 



While landscaping in general can be tough work and a revolving door of colleagues, the guys at Signature do their best to see you enjoy your time there. The culture is tops, the atmosphere is always relaxed and jovial and most of the management let loose and kick it with the crews like buddies do. If you're looking for good, physical work through the year thar won't ruin your mental health, this company is it.

No training is given whatsoever. Unorganized.  Unfriendly employees. Expect to get yelled at and frowned upon for making a small mistake. Absolute joke of a company. Unfair biased workplace. Be prepared to get thrown into work without knowing what you are doing and being yelled at for it. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good staff, good working conditions and the best boss you could ever work for definitely a people person that works with you.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Employees that complain and bring moral down

 Great staff and caring managers. Owner cares about the people he employs. P.T.O requests are almost always approved, and you don't have to go through red tape to get them.
