The work environment and culture at Simplicity car care is known to be professional, efficient, and customer-focused. What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day there is very busy,all hands on deck

In the amount of time I had worked at the west location two people quit and one was fired. If you don’t fit their boxes you will be fired. The owners are clueless and management is horrible. You will be walked all over by office staff and other techs. The manager has no sense of respect for their staff. 10/10 would not recommend, they will be extra hard on you in you are a female working in the back. Save your time and find somewhere else, i guarantee you can find a job that pays better and will give you the respect and decency you deserve. I loved working with the guys in the back but man do the office staff know how to make you miserable. 

As a fairly new start-up company, I can confidently say it's been a great pleasure working with these guys and watching our continuous growth within the automotive aftermarket repair industry during the last 4yrs. - Interaction and training new Franchise Locations each day is the best part of my role, including the frequent travel across Ontario and rest of Canada... And soon to be USA

I cannot speak for every franchise. But the franchise I worked for was a great place to work. The upper management and owner are great people. They let you run the business your way as long as you are doing business honestly and in a productive manner.

Great people, excellent culture.  People are easy to talk to and changes happen very fast.  Best part is how much them help the independent collision shop owner 

Solid employer. Training when/if needed, organized and efficient making your job easier and repair process for customers better.  Would recommend them as an employer. 

Go above and beyond job requirements and doesn't get noticed or given any appreciation for it. Then let go
Try to make things better and no one listens.
