I truly enjoy working within Skin Vitality. I have been with Skin Vitality since 2019. I continue to stay with this company as I am treated very well by my co-workers, management and patients. Skin Vitality meets all my personal needs to be happy within my career and enjoy coming to work on a day to day basis. The company provides a warm welcoming work environment with supportive staff and management. Especially the newer clinic they are beyond gorgeous and pleasant to work in. Its nice coming to a clean, posh, high end workplace. You feel good walking into the clinics. 
Coming from bedside nursing the greatest thing I am thankful for is the clinic hours, they are truly reasonable and regular 8 hour shifts. No more night shifts, no more 12 hour shifts. This has allowed me a great work life balance which has contributed to a more positive overall well being. Skin Vitality now has 13 locations which I enjoy because I like to travel to the difference clinics, work with different team member and I enjoy diversity within my job space. I was the same way with bedside nursing. I worked on the nursing resource team because I like change and diversity. 
Skin Vitality has provided me with so many learning opportunities and is the reason my skill level is so advance. I constantly have opportunities to attend webinar and seminars to gain knowledge and skills on the newest up to date treatments and technologies. On hire, I was provided with high level, high quality hands on training. Not ever employer provides this and most ask that you come with experience already. It can be very experience to pay for your own hands on training. 
The greatest part of my job are the patients that leave after treatment feeling more confident, happier and overall better in their own skin. You can see the patient smiling, glowing as injection treatments are not just for aesthetic appearance but when a patient is happy and confident they glow . At times you can be faced with more challenging patients based on their expectations and desires but to me this is the fun part, putting together a multi-service treatment plan. I highly recommended Skin Vitality as a place of employment for any nurse. 

Working as a Medical Office Administrator at Skin Vitality was a very positive and rewarding experience. A typical day involved supporting clinic operations, managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate electronic health records, processing intake forms and consent documents, helping with patient flow, and keeping the front desk organized and efficient.

I learned a lot about medical office administration, patient communication, scheduling, privacy and confidentiality, clinic operations, inventory management, and working closely with medical and clinical teams. The role provided many opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The workplace culture was amazing, positive, and supportive. Management was understanding, approachable, and open to communication, which made it feel like a safe space to ask questions, share ideas, and receive feedback. The team environment was collaborative, professional, and focused on providing a high level of patient care.

The most enjoyable part of the job was building strong relationships with patients and helping create a welcoming, organized, and supportive clinic experience. It was rewarding to be part of a team that values patient care, professionalism, and growth.

Overall, this was a great role for building experience in medical administration, patient service, clinic operations, and healthcare coordination within a positive and non-toxic work environment.

Working as a Social Media Content Creator has been a very positive and valuable experience. A typical day involves planning and scheduling content, creating captions, designing posts, coordinating short-form videos, tracking analytics, managing community engagement, and supporting campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, and Vimeo.

I have learned a lot about multi-platform content strategy, digital marketing, campaign coordination, organic and paid social media, performance reporting, AI tools, and maintaining brand consistency. The company provides many opportunities to learn, expand within the role, and take on new responsibilities, which has helped me build confidence and grow my skills.

The workplace is amazing, very positive, and genuinely non-toxic. Management is understanding, supportive, and open to communication, which makes it feel like a safe space to ask questions, share ideas, and receive feedback. The culture is professional, encouraging, team-oriented, and focused on growth.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the variety and the opportunity to keep learning. There is always something new to work on, from content planning and video editing to campaign support, analytics, creative brainstorming, and experimenting with new tools.

Overall, it is a great role for building experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing while working in a supportive and positive environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The workload was overwhelming, and there was constant pressure to meet unrealistic expectations. Instead of helping employees succeed, management created stress and anxiety. Morale was very low, and many employees seemed unhappy and burnt out.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment felt extremely toxic. Management would openly gossip about employees, discuss private matters in front of other staff, and create unnecessary drama in the workplace. Favoritism was obvious, and certain employees were treated far better than others. Concerns were ignored  there was no respect for employees’ personal time. Staff were often expected to stay late without appreciation or support.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working at Skin Vitality was one of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had. Management was disorganized, communication was terrible, and employees were constantly blamed for problems they had no control over. There was little to no proper training, yet staff were still expected to know everything immediately.

Skin vitality is the # 1 provider for all cosmetic services. This is not only true but also has been proven. I have worked in multiple areas of health care including cosmetic spas. This company is so successful because their training, resources, respect for their valued employees , and support of their staff is centred around patient satisfaction combined with safe and affordable treatments. 

They have developed and implemented consistently safe and effective policies and procedures that ensure safe delivery of treatments for all staff to institute into practice.This allows health care professionals to provide treatments in a manner that produces great results, ensures consistent follow up with all patients post procedure, and maintains their colleges expectations within their scope of practice. I can’t tell you how many clinics lack the proper protocols and support that lead to poor and unsafe procedures

This is one company that has a proven track record of ensuring all staff have the available support and resources in order to excell in their respective area of expertise.

Working at Skin Vitality has made a very unexpected but positive impact on my work life/career so far! I get to enjoy my days as the shifts vary with opening, mid-days and closing working in reception, and my team so far has been amazing! This job has allowed me to understand the dynamic of working in a fast-paced clinic where patients are seen by reception, medical sales consultants and nurses all in the span of about half an hour and then they are set! The workplace culture and management has been great so far! We are always collaborating and working as a team together everyday to ensure that clinic flow is maintained, that the work gets done and so patients leave feeling good! The hardest part of the job is really dealing with in-clinic issues because you are constantly trying to problem-solve on the spot but you always have help! I've learned so much in such a short time and it has been so enjoyable so far. 

Working at SV has been a great experience. From the moment I started, I knew I would be able to grow within this company. With hard work, dedication, passion and when you care about what you do, my efforts have not gone unnoticed. I have had continuous learning opportunities and it is a culture where taking initiative has allowed me to move up within the company. It is an amazing feeling to know that my contributions have made a real impact and that I'm part of a team that shares that passion for excellence. No work place or job is perfect as you will have some days that feel mundane or stretching in your capacity but I have always been brought back to the why behind what we do and always ensure I have the right perspective. I'm grateful for the years of meaningful work and opportunities SV has given to me. 

A horrible place to work for. They are very manipulative and will lie to you to get you to do more work. They give you such little time with each patient in order to fit as many patients as possible in one day. They do not care about providing patients with a good service, they just care about being paid. Their sales consultants are trained to lie to get patients to purchase products. They are not medically trained, however they talk to clients as if they have any background in medical procedures. They pay everyone differently, depending on their favourites. An overall unethical place to work for, as they will make you perform procedures on patients that they know are unsafe just so that they can profit off of the person. DO NOT WORK HERE !!!! You will be locked in a contract that will prevent you from leaving before a certain period of time. 

This company is absolutely terrible to work for. All they care about is money, and don’t respect or treat their patients or staff well. Management is horrendous, and voicing concerns is useless, as they just get defensive. (They know everything apparently). The only positive is that you get and maintain a trusting relationship with your patients and they remain loyal.
Too bad you are never scheduled enough time to properly do their treatments though. The next bank machine (Woops, I mean patient) is already there waiting. They make the staff sign ridiculous contracts to lock them in place for years on end, and force them to stay with the company even if they are miserable. PLEASE for the love of god, DO NOT work for this company! Just ask ANY staff member that isn’t management.

-Also many unhappy patients who say they don't see results from the treatments or patients are annoyed because not all treatments are offered at every clinic so they will have to travel to another clinic of Skin Vitality Medical 
-I think more staff cross training is needed to keep up with patients
-Beware the negative reviews you see online about Skin Vitality Medical, some of those reviews are written by people who have NEVER set foot in any of the clinics and have NO patient files with the company, they're fake reviews!
