Worked here part-time during my studies. My 2 managers have always been extremely understanding and flexible about my hectic schedule. Whenever I wasn't happy about something, I would speak up and I always felt heard and my opinion taken into account. You get to see and speak with the CEO almost everyday. If you wish to get involved, you are more than welcome to. If you wish to move up the ladder, there are opportunities within the company to do so and training might even be paid for by Starlink. I finished my training and they all worked towards promoting me to a position related to my field of studies. The job isn't always thrilling but it's perfect if you're looking at making your way up. The pay could be better but there has been improvements over the past months. Part-timers have access to medical insurances. Let's be real; it's a job. It's not perfect but management is going to treat you like you deserve it and they're even fun to hang with! 

When titles become useless and your superior is just a seat warmer and has no class or respect for his employees, you start losing trust. Incompetent, Corrupted, Lies on a daily, doesn't take accountability for most of their mistakes they make in our logistics. Power hungry, not productive or ethical of the work we do. No bonuses, No compensation, No commissions, poor salary increase (competitive they said). No place of growth just mostly maintaining same position, doesn't push the employees to exceed their potential, conflict of interests are being ignored by the higher management. No consequences for their mistakes, they keep doing it with impunity. Not the environment I would recommend, especially if ou want to grow and make more money, this place is not it. 

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The pay is very low for the work expected of you. Management is aggressive and unsympathetic. High turnover rate so everyone is always new and in training. They keep terrible employees around and it's extremely demoralizing. I would never recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances, I promise, it is not worth it. 

I loved to work at starlink because they gave me the chance to show my capabilities, they supported me all the time since moment 0. It’s a place where you can learn and grow. My boss   knows what he is doing, he and the team always were willing to teach with great attitude.  Team work, friends and great environment. 

Was a toxic place to work where management has zero interest in employees. First few years was if you don't like leave. Employees are a liability to them. Any issues come up are white washed.

Management gives little support to employees whether its tools to do your jobs or feed back to do your job.

Unfortunately they have turned place into miserable place to work.

If you are looking for a fast paste, dynamic work experience where no to days are the same, Starlink is definitely the place. 
Comprehensive management team, which allows for great life/work balance. 
Great improvements when it comes to employee recognition and valorization. Competitive salaries and great benefits. 
I highly recommend. 

Company does not have the capability to train properly.

Company does not give raises for 5 years, no advancements available, family members work there, trouble on the rise from Norm de Travialle

This place is a joke, they do not care about their employees. The watch the camera like they are watching netflix. Toxic environment. They do not appreciate the employees work and always expect more. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES 

-Dramatic work environment 
-Terrible salary compared to competitors 
-Terrible hours (do not respect your availabilities)
-They take advantage of employees and mistreat them

Very fast paste environment, time literally flies by. 
The communication has been greatly improving with years. the management is understanding and cooperative.
