Family owned and operated. Well for the most part anyways. Sales staff were always great. Most service staff were great but service and parts have a high staff turnover. I witnessed far too many new service and parts employees come and go. The place could be amazing to work for in service if not for the poor management. They say family oriented, but really they mean “work family”. If you have a family at home, don’t put them first if you want to stay here. Be prepared to have your days constantly micromanaged. If you want to be part of a team that actually puts trust in their employees then this service department is not for you. It’s a shame because the product is really good. Too bad for poor management.

The staff and great customers. Great pay

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Micro managed by the General Manager!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pretty good overall when I was there. Not so much since I left.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working hard all day long.  Managing the many details of the job

Ive been here just over 3 months and love it. From day one you are made to feel like a member of the family. 

Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, I'm yet to have a bad day or experience with a co-worker 

I don't understand the management comments from others as my experience with management here has been really good from top down. 



Joining the team 8 months ago I have been more than happy with my decision to join the Subaru of London Team. Ownership provides an excellent work environment being a family run business and I haven't had a day yet where I wasn't happy to go into work.  Fulfilling all around and lots of opportunity to grow with the store and brand. 

The job was wonderful. The brand is fantastic. The support from management and ownership is second to none.
Wonderful events are held and arranged by ownership. Great communication between all departments feels like one big family.

Everyone knows their role and the expectations.

I love working here, everyone is helpful and encouraging. It is a family run dealership and they will treat you like family, work with you where you need it and reward you for your efforts. Management is awesome and always willing to help you out. 

Pretty much sums it up.  Terrible management staff and ownership, but the guys in the back are awesome.  Couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys back there, but they could use a serious remodeling in the management department.
