Working as Machine Operator from last 3 years. opportunity to Have key knowledge for the batching and dough according to the production. Knows about the startup of the machinery and assembling correct and working
equipment. Also setting parameters according to the required product
thickness and weight in the control panels and also according to the
quality control measures . Ability to analyze the problem in the
machinery and in direct contacts with the mechanics. Giving training to
the new trainees( which i like most) about production, material,batching and dough,cleanliness and hygiene required in the workstation in food factory.Moreover sometimes working longer hours when required.Main part of factory is quality that they maintain for product.but last not least work environment for female is hard and tough specially concern about security and harassment..

No best part I would only say it is garbage

Everything is stressful even  you do job with honesty. One thing their shift manager are totally illiterate and don’t have sense of speaking with other people  like waheed .

Totally garbage . No management . They use expired products.

No proper procedures they just do hardwork at audits

Working in food manufacturing industry is completely new experience to me, Day start here with new challenge of checking materials for production,tracking shipments,shortages etc..
Awesome management here,very cooperative,supportive and mentored.

Job environment is little tough as in the job is heavyweight and also teaches you to manage and get along with people at a different level. The job is different every single day. Sometimes, it’s to assign people with different work according to their strength and knowledge and other day it could be fixing a machine and doing the paperwork for the production done in the particular shift. It helps us to learn to do multitasking and also adapting to change

I am very hard worker I have almost 15 years experience for  counter balance forklift driver I know shipping and receive how to organize wearhouse so lost  of experience I have I am very friendly with people and help ful and I can work 7 days a week plus I can stay back whenever my supervisor need to be because I love overtime I can stay more than 12 hours

My day starts off with reviewing emails for New orders and coordinating with production to meet required shipping dates. Planning and confirming each day that the orders get shipped. Preparing documents for Exporting goods across the world. Confirming and updating pricing and Invoicing.

Lead appropriate testing, gathered, analyzed process data to improve product quality and reduce costs through line throughput. Worked synergistically with Plant Management, Line Operators, Vendors & Contractors, to develop best solutions to address production challenges, reduce waste and enhance profitability.

Management likes to rule and run employees down with fear.   Very unprofessional.  No raises.  One of the worst managed companies i have ever been associated with in my carrer.   Strongly consider other options before this place.

The salary you are given and the work you are doing doesn't even close by. You are treated as a machine and are thought of working like robots. As a general labour you can be working as a machine operator as well as general labour.
