Actually a horrible job never would wanna work here again , the pay is awful you get no raises the turn over rate is god awful. All the upper management left due to a rumor that someone had started. The owner treats us like we are children and don’t know how to do anything. Time off won’t be given durning certain times no matter what. If u want a company that doesn’t care bout u apply here ! Also no benifits unless u are on salary, we aren’t allowed to turn the heat or AC up or down the owner has to do it all and he won’t do that even if we are freezing or hot due to the reason being if it’s too hot or cold customers won’t buy anything but us as a worker are freezing!!! We also always work alone never with anyone and sometimes it’s awful well most of the time. If we are done our list of cleaning we can’t do anything no homework! but we are allowed to be on our phones.also no overtime but we are expected to work all day sometimes. We are never at one store always moving around and sometimes at stores that are far away
