It is nice to work from home but I really felt like a number. Looks the trainers work rates but never really there for you I'm pretty much the same for the team leaders. The hours were very fluctuating every week. Sometimes you get 20 hours a week or sometimes you get 30 hours a week it was really hard to plan work and family life for me. Then I was trained on one product and then a couple weeks later we were told that that you're being trained for other products as well and there was no pain Kris no appreciation no nothing. So yeah if you're looking for some temporary maybe part-time job or something that's good but not for a full-blown career.

Working from home was probably the best part



What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They didn't have very good training on equipment and trouble shooting issues to fix the system errors 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Laid back not very Profesional 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Over worked and under paid they had me doing tier two tech in French and English as well as customer service billing and top up calls for 16.00 an hour

If you need to work from home, this was a good option. Paid training, good support, even a community atmosphere. 

Unfortunately they had a large Telco Client that got more and more demanding. This let to a level of micromanagement that eventually led to my leaving the company. But for a while, it was a pretty good job.

The management team was great. The Tech was a mashup of old and new, very little flow and a fast paced training period where you were live on calls most of the time.  People calling Rogers are often angry and as a Care Agent you get it full on . It's not a job for anyone who needs to feel liked or in control.  This job was really hard emotional labour with apps and tech in need of upgrades.  Also to make more you can sell more...

I have to say I worked for this company and advanced pretty quick but they will fire you for small things I saw many of my co workers get fired for qmp. I decided to quit when my scheduling was redic. First 3am wake ups. Being messaged after ten mins to get off the phone even when your upsetting. 
Managers will pick at everything and it makes it really hard for you to love your job

Good place to work if you put in the work to get good hours, shift bid process... but is fairly worked out if you work for it. Pay is minimal and needs an increase as customer service is a VERY important part of a customers experience and outlook on the company. Happy employees push good experiences to the customers. I will say pay is important but again good people to work with and amazing support from team leads is essential.

If You are hired for full-time and are in a situation where you needed to switch to part-time it'll be super difficult and managers will give you a lot of problems and might even let you go. salary is fair but work is very boring and repetitive.

Sykes gives you a good opportunity of working at home. 
But the position became more of a sales position where I was looking for a inbound customer service position..
Their hourly rate, benefits and technical support was good.

This job fails to recognize people for the amount of work they put in. No recognition except commission which is difficult to earn. The company continually adds roles to you without adding any pay or bonuses. 

Not bad at all but training is frustrating sometimes i Don't know if trainer yell or just my headset not good training very quick in explaining things
