What is the best part of working at the company?
Used to be the people and the environment. But when they sold the business to a corporate scheme everything changed. Nobody is the same. Used to be a family and now everybody is out for the selfs. Mgmt is terrible. Wouldn’t highly recommend 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Mgmt is on you, trying always to over power you and intimidate you. Always constantly judging and treating you like nothing even for the amount of years or service you put in. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Extremely toxic and very judgmental. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constant worry of losing your job. Each day the you punch out at the end of your shift is a good day.

I quit tt honda long time ago, employee was really friendly and fun to work with, But the problem here is the management, They dont really care about the employees in here, They only think about their self, Foreman and General management are the same, very bad and poor management handle. If i was the foreman and GM i will treat my employee very fairly and not being selfish in the company just because you have a better position. This is really horrible company. I am not gonna recommend this to my fellow journeyman or even apprentice friends, And i heard one of the apprentice in this shop left cause of not teaching and they dont really care about people who worked hard in this place. This place is HORRIBLE

Service employees are treated as dime a dozen. Extremely high turnover rate. Morale is extremely low, quite depressing. Technicians are disrespected daily and fired on the spot without any concrete reasons. Very unhealthy place to work, unless, you match the profile of the company, good luck. No bonus unless you produce 300 hours/month. MUST be in a click/group that plays well with foreman, in order to get good jobs. Daily threats " if you don't like it, you can work some place else".

Some of the best sales training I've ever had. Pure commission, so it's tough to survive. They don't invest in sales people as they come and go was the feeling. When the global economy crashed, they tossed people out on their tail. But that's the nature of the business. If you rely on steady income every month, not the place to work. If you want good sales training,  and don't have financial responsibilities, maybe try it. 

This is a selfish shop. I would not refer this as company. This is a vend not a company. I would never recommend anyone to work here. This is a commission based job. Managers are mad. Allen and Rick are very rude and unpredictable rest of the managers are sweet and Selfish. They can just yell at you without any reason. Trainings are unplanned. Favouritism is very common. No work life balance. A lot of deductions from salary. 50 % of salary is deducted for delivery, customer tea and coffee etc. They just make hype of free food on Saturdays

What is the best part of working at the company?
Poor management from corporate owners. Took over 1 month to get final pays and excuses to no end. Had to fight for everything.  Not recommended as an employer I would ever work for again...

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Paycheque accuracy .
Strangest structure and holiday pay I have ever seen

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Rushed and very unappreciated in the end for all the hard work.

Great place to work if you want to stay stagnant and have nothing ever change. Management are friendly at first but the honeymoon period is short lived. A common saying is "everyday is somthing new, and not for the better". You are constantly told to increase work load or output with no compensation. Every machine, hoist, and shop tool is as cheap as can be and nothing is ever serviced or fixed. If you are to work here, tread lightly. 

Decent place to work. Had a great time there while I was there. Pay is very average for such a profitable dealership. Nearly no room to advance sadly, and advancement only goes to preferred people. Decisions from upper management made swiftly, and without much thought often resulting in a very poor decision taking place and hence creating problems.

I would recommend this location to anyone, its got great management. Not a lot of training before you start but very easy place to learn. depending what department you're in advancement can be slow but with any job you earn your advancement.
Positive engagement from management is notable as many places don't recognize this as a crucial building block for enthusiasm.

I mostly enjoyed my time at T&T but because of a major change in the way they were changing business motto I chose to leave as I didn't like the change to high pressure sales tatics they were planning to use. Middle management was weak, they let GM walk all over them.
