Workers are punctual so operation starts on time. Operation is set up so that each employee knows his role and instructions and mode of operation are clear so leads, supervisors and managers have a fairly stress free task. 
Management has an open door policy or approach to communication so that information is readily available and obtainable.
One of the most important lessons I learnt from this company is that self improvement, personal and corporate success and the overall success of a company or business depend on the team effort and a cordial and caring relationship between each employee and each department. The willingness to focus on solution and to recognize and appreciate good effort versus calling out mistakes and playing the blame game create a more wholesome and productive work environment and level the playing field for each person to experience and enjoy success. 
The most challenging part of the job was to see the huge disparity in remuneration between staff at the different levels and to note how hard the lowest paid employees worked.  
The admirable part was to observe the loyalty and dedication of the majority of employees at every level. This was consistent with a genuine concern and care for product quality and company/customer satisfaction.

I only worked for TAB for about three weeks total, spaced over a two to three month period. I was a contract hire, however I had to constantly ask for an update when it came to when I would be given shifts. I was left in the dark for about three weeks before I had to contact my manager and remind her that I was still considered employed. I was then laid off, over the phone. 

I was expected to meet certain deadlines and numbers every shift. 

I learned how to prepare certain documents for the scanner.

The management team was very outgoing and friendly, easy to approach with questions or concerns.

The hardest part of the job what the physical element, of lifting boxes full of heavy files, pushing and loading rolling shelves of boxes to and from the scanners.

Most enjoyable part of the job was the coworkers, everyone was very accepting and friendly.

•Responsible for 2 deliveries daily, 10am and 2pm
•pull files, update records with new interfiling, sign out files to clients, follow up with any correspondence and communicate with clients
•Manage onsite and offsite records
•Knowledge of several file collections, including Well files, Land (Mineral, Surface and Contract) Joint Interest and Operation/Facilities.
•Knowledge of Oil and Gas terminology and documentation.
•Microsoft Office working with spreadsheets containing large file orders, reporting file statuses and writing reports in both Excel and Word.
•Knowledge of multiple databases including Sharepoint, DB Text, TAB Fusion, Versatile, Livelink, BMC Remedy

Every day brings new challenges, Learned a great deal about computer records management and documentation control. Co-workers each played vital roles in maintaining a constant work flow even amidst difficult problems and adversity that could materialize. Most difficult part of the job was the data base accuracy and computer issues that occasionally happened. The people were the most enjoyable part of this project.

Good company that is the best in their industry.  Team is very easy to work with and are well seasoned and willing to help.

Typical day is spent penetrating into companies and once pipeline is built is spent working on projects

I learned how crucial documents and record management affects a corporations day to day operations

Hardest part of the job was dealing with the internal politics of an Executive Team that does not have a background in sales.

If numbers are there you own your day and time

Day-day working is ok, but many of the assignments are temp bases that make it difficult for some like who is looking for stable job.

Is a cultured workplace  environment, so they co-workers are friendly and are great team work.

Well respected company in the Calgary market.  Great management and decent opportunity to earn money.  Best trip was an awards trip to Florence, Italy with dinners on a private train for a day to Rome and a celebration dinner in a castle.

In this economic situation one has to be happy about being employed period.  That said I have experienced a lack of work life balance working here, have issues with the resourcing/employment model and grow tired of daily obstacles I face to complete my job.

I went from place to place driving in different areas in Ontario installing shelving for companies. Its a nice place to work and the travel is fun, the people are nice to hang with as well.

Worked in a team of other employees. The hardest part of the job was too lift the boxes and take them off to the table because they were heavy.
