They really make a difference in the community and the work culture is great. They are flexible and encourage having a healthy work life balance.  Can be busy at times because there are a lot of moving parts and new partnerships but it’s easy to find a helping hand. Amazing at collaborating and supporting their staff. 

Taibu Community Health Center was definitely an amazing opportunity and a great learning experience. All of the staff were hard working and dedicated people, who trained me with love and patience. I was working with children teaching them in french as we did crafts, coloured, and assisted the teacher with whatever she needed. I was also organizing events, discussing games and decorations as we were given a budget for such things by Taibu.

This job was very relaxed.  If you are a new worker and relatively young, the seniors / older staff will undermine you and won't treat you accordingly based on your skills or schooling.

honestly its a pretty amazing place there very friendly and welcoming everyone has smiles on there face even when they are mad you don't know when i worked there i felt welcomed because even tho there were older then me they treated me with respect

Amazing organization to work for. Management is very supportive.  Work-life balance is optimal here. Lots of room and encouragement to grow within your field

TAIBU is an amazing workplace with very supportive, brilliant minds dedicated to helping the community and willing to help others as well.

I would say I had a great experience working at Taibu. It was a great work environment and got to learn a lot and help people in the community and was such a diverse workplace 

Offers chances to get volunteers work as well as providing youth with summer jobs they are still a growing organization however it is clear that they are a valuable part of their community
