I enjoy training team members to succeed.  It is gratifying seeing team members you train succeed and then move on through the company.  I have successfully trained people who have become team leaders and supervisors.  
Typical work day starts off in the office checking e-mail then going on the floor for auditing and assessing some team members.  Additional training for newer team members, and helping on the floor when needed.  Filing, creating job element sheets, standard work charts and Kiazens for review.  Putting together a weekly press presentation on safety, procedures and a general "how we did during the week" and presenting it weekly for all shifts.
Hardest part of the job would be not achieving the goal that has been set out.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Coworkers are really helping and good.
Eventhough my schedule is tight , with the help of team leader and coworkers I enjoy working here 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I am a student, so managing studies and 8 hours night shift is hard for me. But salary is really good here

Good people with good attitude..

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Friday  as I get 2 days off after that

The favorite part of my day is when everyone comes in during the morning and we start our days with a good morning, all fresh and ready to go.  
The days are fairly normal with a little bit of excitement here and there.  
The Management while I believe to have good intentions it is not reflected very well in their actions. 
While I do not find my job to be that difficult it can get a little sticky sometimes dependant upon how people react to a situation.
The thing I find most enjoyable about my job are the people and being able to provide a service to each one.

What is the best part of working at the company?
very well managed work place, good people, great job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
fear of making a mistake and cause problem at the customer 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
professional and on a dot. Very little socializing, just work, but nice people. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
busy and interesting. lot of new things to learn every day, which is interesting.

Some gossip, just smile and carry on! Fast paced with room for advancement. Strong company Motto **Family First**. Reasonable pay, great benefits, uniforms supplied along with all PPE, credit towards work shoes. 


Takumi Canada does not have any concerns about employee needs, Their only concern is about the product going out the door. Short break and short unpaid lunch. They have poor communication with their employees as per policy change, Poor training. The only good thing about working there is the time to go home.

I worked at takumi VIA placment. My "supervisor" was abusive to my other co-workers and when I spoke up I was let go.
I actually enjoyed the work I did, It was the management that made the experience unbearable

Been there a while good benifits thats about it i guess. If you have a problem with something or someone you cant say anything because it will spread across the whole plant within an hour. So keep it to yourself.....

This place is scary, they MAKE you wear a ball cap facing forward all day, stand in one spot all day and only get one 10 min break and one 20 min lunch for an 8-10 hr shift. it is hard to even work here my body could not keep up with the harsh demands!

Not a hard job in the slightest, I was there for three years and experienced some upward mobility. Pay was abysmal though considering most factory jobs pay 30-60% more per hour for the same or similar work.
