This company is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate when it comes to having a life outside of work. They will work you like a dog and then dispose of you when you are no longer needed. They promise you advancement if in return you promise to do certain things, however when said certain things are done, there is no recognition and no advancement. I worked for this company for 5 months, most of my shifts were 6PM-3AM, 6 nights a week, and when they finally found a manager, I was cut down to 2 shifts a week with 9PM starts - no matter what I could not have had an 8hr shift. I was also hired as a full-time employee and so this is the reason I ended up leaving was because after showing my commitment to the company when they were in need, they did not show it back when I was. I do not recommend working for this company and would not go back.

Tavern United Bell MTS gave me the opportunity to join the team and I did not regret it. It was always busy, always fun promos to work with and introduce to guests.The employees are always kind and welcoming, easy to get along with everyone. Teamwork was definitely a number one priority and you're never left feeling like your the odd one out. I loved working there.

Fun promotions and prizing to push sales, lots of regulars and good clientele for the most part (depends on location). 
Big parties are common because there are big tables to accommodate (most locations). This includes teams (there is a team sponsorship program), birthday, retirement, Christmas parties.

Just skip it. Don't apply. You'll be overworked and underpaid and shortchanged if they feel like it. Management that likes staff is removed and management damaging to staff are kept until enough workers quit.  Especially in the kitchens. No chance in raises ever, though theyll tell you they are going to give you kne for years without anything happening.

Favouritism and mistreatment is 2 words to describe this environment.  The manager was very unprofessional and was intoxicated throughout many shifts. Just a very toxic work environment. Would not recommend to work here.

do not work for tavern. the management is the worst and is very unfair. never there to help when needed also gossip with employees about other employees. worst place i ever worked but the money was ok and they scheduled me accordingly to my life schedule. everyone that has worked for tavern has something bad to say about it

Obviously working here will not be enough to make a living. But everyone and management is awesome, felxible hours especially for students and those working more than one job. Management is organized and everything always runs smooth

Tavern United was the most enlightening and hands on experience I have gained within an interpersonal work place. Not only does the company come with amazing benefits for it's employers but as well the service we give out to our consumers and guests is never less then exceptional.

Gets busy mainly on event nights but that’s where you make the most money. Rowdy clientele that can be exhausting but management is ok. Constantly understaffed / High turnover and lots of drama if you choose to partake. Flexible scheduling to suit any lifestyle. It’s good for a while but not for the long term. 

I have advanced far within this company and made remarkable progress.  I am very tired of working 6 PM - 3 AM every day.  I feel I need a better work life balance
