Senior Management extremely unfair. talked a good line however very little action on what was said. 
Typical day was wondering when I was going to see a client. 
What I learned was where I didn't want to work. 
Workplace culture based on nepotism not skill set. 
Hardest part of the job was bringing concerns forward and not being  addressed or responded to. 
Most enjoyable was the schedule and over all a good sales team. I miss working with some of them. 
Just not a good fit for me. Did my best but clearly wasn't good enough for the owner or the senior Management team. 


I strongly discourage anyone from applying here. If you want to work for less than your worth this could be a right fit for you. Don’t dare to ask for a raise because you will be told that we can’t and be told that you need to work harder for your bonus.  However, the bonus is based on a number of different things  depending on the department you are in and is still very difficult to achieve the desired wage of $18 or up.  

One benefit to this place is the people and the hours which keeps a lot of people there but if you enjoy an toxic, unfair and under paid place that this will work for you. 

This place is a mess.The General Manager and owner have no idea how to treat people. They have no appreciation of their staff and it shows throughout the dealership. The GM thinks he runs a tight ship but he is probably the least respected manager I have ever worked under, not one person in that dealership likes or respects him. Until this man is gone there will never be a good attitude there. There is plenty of good people working there but nobody is truly happy.

This place is a joke. The owner has NO CLUE how to handle staff. NO CLUE what is happening within his business. No one is happy there. No one enjoys there job. Everyone walks on eggshells all day just waiting to see who will be berated next. I would never work there again no matter how much they paid me.

I really enjoy working here with everyone, nobody is working against you; we all help each other when things need to get done. And another great reason I enjoy working here is the wonderful atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Very family oriented and understanding people. 

I absolutely loved working at Taylor Automall. I was always given any assistance as needed. Managers went out of their way to help me. Family atmosphere. Was truly a great place to work.

Owners, and managers treat you poorly 
And they have favourites, which makes it worse. Borderline abusive. Sales staff walk around all day wondering who’s going to be fired that day. It’s a horrible work environment.

Management is horrible, no professionalism, favoritism, no respect,appreciation or consequences I would not recommend this place to nobody. Very stressful and everyone is against everyone unless your the hand picked few that can do no wrong

Starts out great but the longer you are there the worse it gets and with turnover so high you feel it - they care more about making money than the happiness of their employees
