It’s stressful to work and management is not good. You have aggressive customers all the time. 
It’s good for immigrants who want to work as a NOC B, they give you experience letter.   They can fire you anytime so be careful. I have worked for 1 year and 10 months and they terminated me because they lost the client but they blame on employees saying we didn’t perform well. 

Management is great; training was great; professional environment. 
Being a collector at TCR each day brings new challenges and opportunities and as such pushes me to challenge myself which is oftentimes supported by management.

You are dealing with annoyed debtors who yell at you, and that is a typical day for the week. They only care about targets to be met, no workers engagement, your not motivated to come and work. bland working enviroment

I always work hard everywhere I go and the job at TCR wasn't particularly hard and the schedule was not bad either. However the overall feeling you get from the workplace is very off and my managers did not always treat me like I was important to this work.

You have to be willing to spend long hours on the phone. Calls are place for you. There is pressure from the supervisors to not only place ~ 200 calls per day but also to collect overdue payments. Overtime rarely approuved

No salary increments and promotions only benefits they provide WFH 
Some of the departments gave commissions. Coworkers are cooperative and provide training until you are not comfortable to work independently 

People here are very rude. They don't care about employees or anyone but managment. Im not sure why they could be a great place to work for but they are very forceful and push a lot on the employeess

Tough goals you have to reach in a month. 
Minimum pay - expects you to work non stop. 
No snacks allowed during work. 
Cannot communicate with friends around you.
Rude management.
Do not recommend to any one.

You learn a lot, the work environment is stressful and unorganized.
Growth within the company is good depending on your skills.
If you like a job based on target then this is the job for you!

Fun but demanding, easy place to work at but they will demand you sacrifice everything for their objective and in the end the commission is terrible, good place for short term
