The bank is very competitive and values your education however people with no post secondary education can still to go up in the corporate ladder with hard work. 
The possibilities to grow within the bank are there, however it is not an easy road. The bank needs to invest more in the employees like supporting education, promoting and sponsoring conferences, etc. 
Work-life balance could be tricky depending in the area you work at and frequently flexibility is not available. 
Workplace culture is great, most people working in TD are driven, energetic and ambitious, always helpful and knowledgeable.
Management is for the most part professional.

I am working in a fast paced environment where everyday is a new opportunity to learn and be challenged to be responsive to changing business needs and new project initiatives. Fighting fraud, we utilize data analytics to identify key patterns in fraud exploitation and build customer profiles to develop and deploy effective strategies. In addition to mitigating fraud risks in different payment channels, my team and I work with business partners in project initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

It is a good company and treats people very well. But mostly new hires are thru agency and job contracts average 3 months at a time. So unless any new work is forthcoming leaves people in constant job search mode. 

The company offers no benefits to contract employees. So for people it is very difficult to plan personal life.

TD Mississauga office is big place and has all facilities for anyone to work and have fun. Canteen, Play area, Parking and peaceful location etc. Professional approach towards work and good balance of work and life.

Good experience in TD. I am lucky to meet people from different background. Most of them are very nice and helpful. I like the environment and the culture is attractive. Learned a lot of technical skills and communication skills. TD treated me well.

After almost a decade at TD, I learned that to senior executives and decision makers, worry more about their bottom line than their workers.  As an EA at TD, there is no room for growth and we live with the understanding we are dispensable.
