very routine, you come in and your not what your day entails, however you have to muti-task and be adaptable to change which I find very intriguing.
I learned that every challenge can be turned into a self improving learning experience.
My co-workers give wonderful insight to how we can all work and think differently but at the end of the day we all striving for the same thing.
The hardest part of the job was learning how to make the process more suitable for me so that I can be the most productive however staying within the parameters of the procedures and policies
The most enjoyable part of the job is that I felt I was always learning and growing and I had the ability to expand my horizons

Busy and rewarding day at work, after meeting/completing requirements for clients' tax information
I've learned how to multi-task, involved in tax projects requirements review and testing
Management provides support both to personal and work-related matters.

It all depends on what you negotiate your salary to be, is what will make it worth it. When markets are not chill, its BS and the only way to make it tolerable is if you have good management that is not 2 faced. Unfortunately I have great management but are cheap as f@#$ and will not pay me what I am worth. BUT, the perks are amazing, flexibility with scheduling is good and the team is the best in the biz. You get support to successfully accomplish your metrics and there is no micro management.  A solid 4/5 at the end of the day.

With diversity in culture, one can learn from each other in ways that are accurately effective. Being flexible gives room assist coworkers and completing various tasks set out daily. Sunshine notes boosts, and motivates to do more. Each challenge give a sense of reward and very productive day

I've been with the company for 5 years. Started from the bottom and worked my way up to back office. Working in the retail branches wasn't great due to sales goals and pressure to sell. Once I left retail I was much happier. Environment is very relaxed and work is manageable. The company treats employees very well and a lot of perks and recognition. They encourage growth within TD.  I wouldn't be leaving if it was closer to home.

Supportive of work life balance and the option of working remotely. Dynamic team of training individuals. Enjoyed the opportunity to manage remote employees and the coaching opportunities in each location. 
Downside is the transformation of the department whereby my role became redundant.

Probably one of the most professional bank/brokerages to work for. 
Teamwork and knowledge sharing. 
 Very generous company to employees in terms of employee appreciation.  
Would still be there if Portfolio Manager didn’t change firms.
