TDL was a great place for me to work because it gave me an opportunity to gain many skills in Customer Service. I believe that Customer Service is one of the hardest jobs to do. It's not often that people contact CS agents with positive feedback so it teaches people to react quickly to issues/complaints. I believe that this position taught me excellent problem solving skills, how to handle complaints professionally, and how to multi task. The hardest part of the job for me was the fact that I was constantly getting my contract renewed with new contracts but there were no openings for full time work. This particular place of work was not flexible at all with hours, which is understandable considering people need to call in between certain hours and we needed to be there, however, after working in places that offered flex hours, I found this to be a less desirable environment.

Although you work about 12 hours worth, there schedule was made it to where you would work 2 or 3 days then get 2 or 3 days off. The typical day would get the workers onto the enrider machines, check for damages, missing items, working tablets, etc. before usage. Then you would drive to your designated area and collect 2 skids to use to place items on in one of the tunnels, collecting products in accordance to the order you are given. Every 2 hours you would get a 30 minute break and 40 for lunch. The facility is a 24/7 workplace where you are assigned to 1 of the 4 possible positions. Either day or night.
When you are new you have to meet a Picks per Hour Quota which would gradually increase every 2 weeks.
It was difficult meeting the quota without screwing the accuracy but the job was a fun and physical experience.
Think of it as playing Tetris for 12 hours

It started with daily meeting. Update project list and went though my projects to see where I was at.
•	Supervises and directs Construction personnel, including setting schedules, monitoring performance and progress, taking corrective action as required. Reviews and checks the restaurant fixture plans and working drawings for individual projects to ensure that company standards, building codes and design criteria are met. 
•	Conducts site visits prior to, during and post construction to inspect physical settings and determine construction modifications.

There were no good parts to this job 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Limited time to open/close must leave the store by half hour after close and only have 15 minutes to open.  No breaks 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very closed to new ideas, employees not allowed to offer new ideas and everything must be done at directed 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long days and weekends as the stores have few customers

All kinds of happiness and joy in the interview, like THEY are selling the job to YOU. All kinds of “family-ness” and “we are one”, and no one gets kicked to the curb, yada yada. Until their next strategy meeting and then it’s, “Your position no longer fits into our strategic plan. Hand over your pass card. Your pay and papers are in the mail”.  No discussion about where else in the company you may fit. And they will do this en masse, several employees at a time.  Don’t personalized your cubby. You won’t be there long enough. 

Like many aspects of working for the company Great co-workers and the general part of the job was good Some areas could have been improved with the work list as time did not allow for reviewing what had been done before going on to the next assignment. This allowed for the odd error to be made. I am a very detailed person and did not like not having the time to check on the work processed.

Very busy fast paced training area, with dedicated team members, after working there for 20+ years I learned alot from my co-workers. The hardest part of my job was always being "on" but it was very rewarding to get to meet people from all over Canada and the US. The best part of my job was the ever changing desk environment with new people to meet each day and how to look after their needs in a timely friendly manner.

This has got to be one of  the worst places to work solely based on its management.  Steer far from this place unless you truly don’t have any sense of self worth.  Managers here are completely incompetent and seem hardly qualified to hold any amount of authority over anybody.  Most of the employees I worked with seemed good.  In fact this place didn’t deserve to keep the good employees they had.

Work environment really good. Multicultural

Go do your job . That's it. Give your best according to your capability

Store deliveries you are supposed to have 2 helpers at stores rarely happens.  I will never recommend any of my friends to work there. Management treats you very well unless you get injured then you are trash. One sided culture.  Hardest part of the job is doing the deliveries. The most enjoyable part of the job is going home for the day
