Enjoyed developing Tecsys's own computer accounting software, at my time in 4G. Working in a team you learn how to be an efficient team-player. 
   Co-workers were friendly, again in my time mostly men very few women were in this field, but did exclude me.  This just gave me more time to excel in learning the software.
  Overall, I enjoyed my time at Tecsys and it gave me good experiences.

Learned lot of new things and how to handle team of more than 5 team members.
Always encouraged to take initiatives and run multiple projects at the same time.
Workplace culture is very nice, everyone is very respectful and friendly.

Above average salary, good benefits and amazing culture/environment.
Since this is a consulting role, it will vary on client and the pipeline of future clients.
Some months will be quiet and boring if no client, whereas some months will be non-stop and intense if it's a new client.

Lots of favorites, little help from bosses. Trust levels are low. 

Too many meetings. Favorites get a chance to speak, but not everyone.

The company promotes work from home. 
No one ever pressures you to go into the office and the people at the company are very nice and inclusive to work with 

I can comment much as I was a contract and the work was very short. The period working with gave me the impression the company was nice and people were super friendly.

Great people to work with. The pay was less than the industry average and the technology they use is old java based tech. Those are the only cons that i can think of. 

TECSYS is a great place to start at as an ERP consultant, it provides training and supports you until you become aware of how the business works
