What is the best part of working at the company?
Definitely a less than ideal work experience!  Toxic work environment, poorly organized and not even enough hours to make it worth the effort!!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
All of it!!  Look elsewhere, I'm sure you could find ANYTHING better?!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
TOXIC!!!  No shortage of bullying, or shady tactics.  I was trying to report a concerning Incident to the supervisor and was told "Snitches get Stitches!"

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Waiting, then scrambling around gathering equipment for a job they want done an hour ago...hurry, hurry...only to then be sitting waiting again!!

I had the time of my life with terroco oilfield and gained a new passion for the oilfield the interview process was a process of answering a few questions about what I had for experience and if I could complete the various jobs that I would be needed to accomplish. 
It was Years ago and was with a man who knew my family from the past in the patch. Great company with a undeserving bad reputation in some eyes. You won't regret taking a chance there.

Was hired at beginning with a lots of work promise. Very soon realized it was only that other drivers could go off. When there was work season. Then almost everybody went off. I stayed and even like that not enough hours.
If you decide to leave, don't give notice! My mistake, it gives them time to (beatxh) you on your back. Fake personality management!
Better service to make easier and more steady money, at their main Branch in Red Deer as a methanol distributor for all their branches!


I think the majority of these bad reviews are from bad apples who couldn’t make the cut here. I worked in the Rocky branch more than once over the years and really liked doing the methanol fills. Youre out on your own all day and no one really bugs you if things are running smooth. Equipment is well maintained and serviced. there’s always cons but it’s not so bad there.

Co workers and peers eager to work together to achieve common goals
Great work attitude from operators at local branches
Able to work independently

No complaints .. smooth transition.  In the heart of Alberta you are in the middle to see and travel anywhere.  There seemed a lack of work at ser=veral periods but the paycheck was consistent.  Was in the field generating critical information to develop new business.

very bad management, no proper training, had to purchase all of my own p.p.e.,,,they lie to everybody...very high turnover with this company

I had a great base manager who I was good friends with. A piece of advise to those wanting to work there , be prepared for the unknown because you never know what's going to happen 

Their yard is a muddy mess but the laid back environment makes up for it. They kept me busy enough with my class 3 and if I had my 1 I could have worked nonstop. Rocky seems to be a busy spot for them. 

The people I worked with were great people, wish made up for the lower end pay. I had worked for more money else wear, but the people I worked with were very clicky
