I worked on one project with this company for a few weeks. 
Which was such a waste of time, never again. The pay is lousy as well as the management and work environments that they send you on.
They failed to track your time even though you sign in and out by calling in every morning when you get in and everytime you leave in the afternoon as well as the report you write every afternoon with your time stated. 
I believe they this foolishness in order to skimp on paying you the correct fees.

All i can say is avoid this company their shady.

I love working at TES, it has been a fantastic learning experience. I am my own boss with TES, which is a big responsibility but also very fulfilling. I pride myself on my customer satisfaction levels, I always try to make the end user feel comfortable and positive with my work.

I find this company to be very slow in responding to e-mail & phone  call.

Try calling to find what your schedule is and they send out e-mail requesting that you shouldn't do this.

Over all this company needs new management.

A typical day at work consists of travelling to th site you are contracted to, contact Command centre, meeting the contact, locating equipment and working until the customer is satisfied that the work is complete.

I like every assignment or jobs whenever assigned to me. We always do a good teamwork and finish the job as per planning. We are used to work with different bank and they all have different setup as well as services.

Do a good job matching your skills with employer needs.

Listen and try hard to match wheat employees want in the way of shift hours and work to be done.

I am a contractor, so when they need or when they have job they call or email and ask for the availability, give work accordingly, now days it is slow, time management and sometime scheduling the job is poor, no benefits.

This is a company I would definitely work for again if offered an opportunity.  Excellent communication between owners and myself.  Excellent company to work for.

I enjoyed my coworkers and the pay. A Great place to learn about computers and the IT industry. Work with big companies in various sectors. Management was good and the job itself was a good place to learn
