Very good company to work for communication needs to improve at times from work in the field to site. Good management they do take advise into consideration. Job is very fast pace we need to meet deadlines and schedules . Safety is number one at all times we all go home at the end of the day. Get along good with co-workers you need to have fun every day. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing planning and organization come together and seeing results.

I enjoy working as well I learn everyday at work and I love working as a team to achieve the company goals and  the procedure at work is really good and it encourages the workers to be more equip in times of work and to combination of people working together as a team makes the work very easy for everyone and at the end of each project we achieve it as a team of engineers. 

Difficult understanding the reasons for Management's decisions
The workers I am responsible and work with on a daily basis are great.  They respect my position and understand I am their to assist in keeping them safe, educating on how to work safe and keeping balance with their work demands and the companies expectations.

My day included visual inspection of weld spools and signing off on completion. Liaising with all regulatory parties and adapting to any changes that are required. Compiling all documentation/signatures required for turn-over packages.

By far the best place I've worked. The staff even at the management level is very friendly and very welcoming. Always willing to help when it's needed. They will work around your schedule as much as possible. Would love to have a chance to work for them again in the future.

In this company I fond friendly atmosphere upto regional quality manager. O that job my seniors suggested me that I have enough field experience so I have need to put this experience in Planning and Scheduling field.

Management is supportive and flexible. Allowed me time to complete my education while working. I felt supported by the company 100% with an opportunity to advance and grow with the company  
 

Always challenching.  Starting new projects, being part of the hiring process and implementing safety programs was rewarding.  Great culture and very supportive.
