TFI International are nothing but corporate raiders. If they purchase your company, expect them to reassure you that everything is okay, and they want you to keep doing what you are doing, followed by mass lay-offs.

In the time leading up to being laid off, nobody knows what to do because there is a lack of direction, caused by a top-heavy coorporate structure.

There's a lot of work, but it's enjoyable and challenging. Not much red tape for a company this size. Management is strong and managers are passionate. Job stability is good, this isn't a revolving-door as most colleagues have been there for many years. Company in great financial health. With constant growth come advancement opportunities. Hours are relatively flexible. Pay is good.

It is difficult to remain positive in this workplace. Very little feedback, except negative feedback. My co-workers have kept me at this workplace so long. They are great.

Management makes it difficult on the employees. Sometimes my co-workers and I wonder if management's goal is to demotivate us.

The sad thing about this, is that I really enjoy the work I do.

Management is good but they want you to work more in less hours, sometimes more work and less people.  
They hired agencies for recruiting. Since the pay was not that good compared to other companies having similar work. People just don’t show up and all you have to do is to work with that limited staff. Most of the time this happened on busy days. 

TFI International is a great place to work. It's very stimulating with lots of fun projects. There are many advancement opportunities within the organization. Nice colleagues, lots of diversity. 

It's a lot of work and there will always be boxes coming for you to carry. The people who work there are quite friendly and are willing to help you out. The place seems a little understaffed and you could feel overwhelmed by the amount of work. The hours are very flexible though.

Great place to work if you are a self starter.Pay is also reasonable.benefits are good .They trust their employees and offer training if needed.overall I had a great experience working there

I've learned so many thing since I started to work at TFI, going from technical job to team work, communications skills, writing, graphic design, and many other things that I'm still learning

Company is growing but not sure about the drivers and owner operators. Before it was a good company not sure now. That company has alot of work to keep you busy.
