TFORCE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS

First of all, I started as a Dock worker, then I become a Forklift driver and finally I finish as a Lead-hand. I learned about Transportation, Warehousing and Retail sector and maybe the most important thing Canadian work style.

My typical day during my last position consisted on: Checking achievements last night and emails. Planning activities and priorities. Communicating new news. Giving coach about safe and efficient operations. Accompanying  work-team in some activities. Working on some improvement ideas and finally checking everything is done and finally making some reports.

During my stay in the company work team, people support and friendly environment were interesting factors to enjoy my job and move up.

The hardest part of my job was physical activities but it was an opportunity to gain power and lose some weigh. The most enjoyable part was my contribution and achievement I got there.

The most enjoyable part of this job was to work with nice, friendly, lively, and funny co-workers and supervisors. I think it is very important to have good chemistry between co-workers and supervisors if you want your company to function well and that was something me, my supervisors, and my co-workers had. We quickly became good friends and helped newer workers adapt and get friendly fast. The fact that we had almost perfect chemistry between each other helped us a lot when doing a difficult task and project. We worked well and finished any hard projects given to us.

-Salary is below average
-advancement is not easy unless you are the person who worked the longest time in the company 
-one good thing is you don't get fired easily cause they always lack employees
-no system in the warehouse
-not your typical place to stay
-hardest part is getting overworked and underpaid
-lots of co-worker drama in work environment, some are just plain toxic.

Whenever someone left, they piled their work on you, and you never got any more pay for that.  Any time you asked for a raise, you were told that it wasn't in the budget.  They treated everyone like slaves, if they liked you, then lucky you.  If they didn't, they found ways for either you to quit, or ways to fire you

Probably the worst place to work. The lines are too much fast. Basically you need to be a robot to put away so many boxes. You don't even get 8 hours per day. The shift is 5 hours. They make you do 8 hours of work in 5 hours. Starting wage is 14.5/hr with tax. You will gave a back pain. Not worth it

Only the weekend manager had the patience to listen and treat people fairly.
Rest everyone is in a hurry. No one will train you and you have to figure out everything on your own.
In case you make mistakes, it depends on their mood if they will scream on you or not.

I never heard of T-force until now and its chillest job I got so far. Salary is ok for a starting position and workload isn't heavy. Its near my house so its actually a job I like going to and friendly co-workers. 3.5/5 stars

Management is terrible and they don't support staff. It's a stressful work environment .  Staff is very rude. Drivers speak bad language. There should be retirement age.  Staff working from last 15 years , you can't work with them. 

Good company to work with. The company has a good management and amazing coworkers.
Highly professional team members.
I am leaving because i am moving near to Caledon which will be far from the company.
