What is the best part of working at the company?
Its Hybrid - thats the best part, otherwise No learning, no growth, huge volume , no recognition, under paid workers, target based, no adherence to any process or policies, can fire anytime with most vague reason on earth, management is non cooperative.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Job is not secured, you can be fired anytime, targets if not met even for a day can lead to big problems, manager is the worst in management skills, high volumes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful work environment, employees working there are nice ( cooperative). 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not for only me but i believe everyone in our process get into office a bit scared( can be fired anytime) with no reason

Interview was just being told what the job entails, the next day I was offered the job and took it. First day on the job, everything I was told I would be doing was thrown out the window. I applied for and was told I would be a detailer. When you start working there, you are expected to be a body/repair technician, front desk management, shop foreman, and estimator in one. All the staff had terrible things to say, I did not hear one good thing about working there. The person training me kept saying they felt bad for when they left because all the responsibility is put on you, you are expected to know everything and run the place. Management does not inform you about the tasks for the day, nobody is in charge; it is a free for all.

About time I say something . I enjoyed working at Boyd but I don’t think the Manager knows the meaning of team work. Sounds like the Manager does not value about the team mates. 
Doesn’t know how to select the proper Candidates for the job. The newbie thinks “know it all.” Does not show respect to the associate and value what was taught.
Even if it was mentioned to the Manager but doesn’t do anything about it. Does care.

i really loved working there. i was a a few locations and all but one was great. coworkers were amazing. tools and equipment was up to date. quality materials to work with 3m sand paper for example

you can learn new things, how to manage and organize work.  We have 15 minutes break time in the morning, one hour for lunch and 15 minutes in the afternoon.  There are social activities like monthly birthday gatherings.  Free water, coffee, creamer and, sugar.  The most enjoyable part of the job was you can know how to manage the vendors needs and how to please them.

The best part and what I find Management took advantage of is that they allowed remote/hybrid positions. 
The pay dedicated loyal employees less than a potential new hire. 


The Boyd Group finance office is a very good place to work. Good people and good environment. Always lots to do. Never a dull moment, especially with the consistent growth in the company.

Learn new processes, not heavy workload, pay is very low, HR and management never solve your issues or willing to solve. Teammates are very good and good teamwork you can see.

Don't expect to get paid a proper wage I got 2 jobs because they undercut me so much. And definitely don't take any verbal promises because they mean squat take months for upper management to do anything 

There is ample guidance and support available from higher management. Responsibilties and processes are very well defined. Overall, it's a good company to work for.
