Management straight up disrespectful and talking down to worker. Will delay your lunch break to prioritize their business, underpaid, mean management. They will act nice and lie to you just so you do what they want just to backstab if they decide they don't like you. Can't recommend anyone to work for GARBAGE BASKET with the terrible attitude and managers they keep. Stay away there's better jobs out there.

The job wasn't too hard, coworkers were friendly and taught me everything I needed to know, customers were okay for the most part, but management put me off a little. I wanted to ask a question to one of them and they were busy on the phone, so I waited but got yelled at for no reason. Didn't even answer my question and just walked away.

I have worked here for almost 3 years now, and i am one of the most experienced clerks they have. I learned how to mange other staff members as i am often closing my department. I also learned how to be very time efficient as time is limited and the tasks need to be completed.   

It's a good first job, and my job specifically was very straightforward and predictable, but I was always on my feet, and there's a lot of end of the day tasks that you have to cram in a small time period, so time management is the hardest part.

The manager kept trying to get people to go get his lunch from harveys for him and the other managers. i said nah cause its not in my job description and they got mad and maid my job harder than regular. not cool.

The senior management were always angry with employees and created a bad working environment. My manager was nice but it was really luck of the draw depending on which department you worked in.

Working at the Garden Basket alongside many great staff was a good experience. Although, it was stressful at times and really fast paced. Learned many skills about leadership and time management.

Managers were horrible and would never listen to the employees. Terrible planning of lunches and sometimes didn't have time to take lunches/breaks. The whole environment was just terrible.

I was yelled at and cussed at and the instructions on what to do we're very unclear, management was terrible  and they let me go with no notice so that they could hire a full time employee instead. Don't work here

Overall had a good experience working here, mainly due to nice Co-workers easy work but more often the not certain management staff are difficult to talk to about getting raises.
