The only decent thing is that the tasks are straightforward

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Supervisors and Managers will push you past your limits daily, you're forced to follow unsafe and unlawful practices, schedules are never given on time, and managers do not communicate at all.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Exploitative, hostile, superficial, unorganized, unfair disparate treatment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up half an hour before shift, sometimes only to find out there is no work, sometimes you sit around for 3 hours before allowed to start. Work for 10hrs, sometimes you are forced to skip your breaks. You're allowed to leave after 10hrs, but can choose to stay longer. Often pressured to stay.

Hands down the worst job I’ve ever had. Management was aggressive, rude and spoke down to all employees to the point that customers frequently apologized to me on their behalf. Wouldn’t allow employees to use the washroom unless on their break and left every shift feeling like garbage despite working hard. Other employees from the back made extremely inappropriate comments frequently and it remains to be the only job I’ve ever left due to working conditions. Absolutely awful. 

Expect to deliver to 15 plus stores a day. Off road you do inventory, orders weekly so those days become 12 hour days, on salary. The job is super easy if you are okay with being on the job 24/7. Youre expected to work from home, field calls, answer emails. They paid me 600 bucks for my last 2 weeks. On a 55k salary. Make it make sense. Absolute joke of a company, that can't seem to find someone to actually do the job here in ottawa. 

I started in the front and it was okay. It was extremely busy.. moved to the back to a nightmare. A lot of yelling between workers, they'll put new workers on crumby jobs. Some older workers are ' looney toons' but the attire and actual job is terrible. The only job I've ever walked out on. Also, a great place to feel out of place if you're a new worker.

This place was one of the worst places ive had the displeasure of working for.   It starts from the top from a owner that casually calls people 'chico' casually.  To the supervisors who feel they are able to insanely yell at the workers.  Next to no training almost all guess work.   No water...and very few breaks.   Do not recommend

nice company but terrible place to work. 12 hour long shifts with only an hour worth or breaks. you get paid next to minimum wage and do work that you should be paid more for. The management is nice and the workers are too when they arnt yelling at each-other.

Would give management no stars if I could because there isn't any. All guesswork, not consistent, one mistake and youre being yelled at by someone. Worked for some pretty awful places but I would call this one by far the worst. Look elsewhere

your either working with raw meat from 7am until whenever they decide to let you around 5, if not your standing in one position all day doing the exact same thing, everyone is miserable and its definently not the best work enviroment

The type of place that you don't want to wake to go.
Horrible owner that will yell at you just because he's having a bad day.
Always looking for what's wrong.
You can never had a good day.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.


Very stressful work environment.  Too much yelling and making you feel stupid. CEO was awful too work for.   When he'd come in the deli you'd go the other way to avoid
