The kids, being apart of their growth is the best part. not the management

PETTY SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT. Horribly run company from supervisors to top management 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pettiness, gossip, hierarchy,favouritism, from management down to workers. Takes away focus from the children 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends what shift you work. 
Theres surprisingly a lot of weight on  night staff and staff maybe throw shade yet a lot of time night staff have to clean up after them.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great work environment… 
Awesome team work, along with great coworkers.

Less stressful because everyone does there part

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great setup and work environment and going home with nothing but good intentions

The company culture was great, pay is great for the work, a lot of great people work benefits. I just didn’t like overnight but I really cannot day one bad thing about workplace options. I only quit because I got a job working from home for the same pay. I would work there again just not night shifts beacuse make you sleep at night lol

If you are connected to management or favoritized by management you'll be successful.
Management has inappropriate relationships with other management and staff. 
Staff do not get treated fairly, nepotism and favoritism plays a huge role in this organization.



I like working for Thomas Circle. The children are our priority and most of the times they need to be shown that love exists. 
We make sure that we give them a temporary home until they can be placed in a safer home.

Very fulfilling job. The organization supports you with training and the children are the best. Can be very busy and stressful at times. Opportunity to build great relationships with the other staff and of course the children.

I really enjoyed to work with kids. Thomas Circle of care Inc is one of  the best company I have ever worked. The management and the co worker are very helpful .They pay good salary and they provide good benefits too.

This was one of the best places I've worked at. My passion is in accounting and I had the opportunity to gain some experience there. The people were laid-back and I felt like I was at home there.

I had a wonderful time working for TCOC. This job didn't feel like a job, but more like a second family. Very rewarding and very important to have establishments such as this one in every city.
