THREE POINT TURN

There is a lot of independent learning. I had to put extra effort every day because each day there will be a new challenge. This is a fast paced environment and every employee will be working on multiple projects. 

A lot of opportunities to learn. I got chance to work on a wide variety of projects. If you prove yourself you will be working on interesting projects back to back. The experience I gained working here gave me an edge in job interviews. 

The monthly town hall’s provides an insight into the company’s development and details about the new projects that are lining up. The daily standup’s brings lot of transparency into the workplace. 

There is not a single dull moment in the office with the exciting work and lively colleagues . The management makes sure to celebrate every event and encourages participation of the whole team. They respects and values their employees.

Three Point Turn offers the best of both worlds, lots to learn, flexible environment to work in.  One recruiter approached me to leave the company and after I said no he asked me a question.  "What is it about Three Point Turn that makes people not want to leave?"  He had approached almost everyone at the company to hire them and everyone said no.  I told him its because there is no politics, everything both good and bad are shared with the staff. Wins are shared and everyone high-fives to say thanks as initial recognition but also team events to show they care.  Losses are shared and everyone works together to determine why the loss and what we could do better next time.  Nobody is to blame, just ways to grow found.  Absolutely the best place I have ever worked.

PROS:-
3PT provides fast paced environment where and individual gets and opportunity to dive into a wide spectrum of interesting projects ranging from enterprise software systems, web and mobile applications, the list goes on. Their work environment is super friendly and welcoming and they have all been amazing mentors. CEO and management are always available and always want to actually get to know their employees. CEO has a clear vision and strategy; which drives the company in the right direction. The monthly town hall’s provides an insight into the company’s development and details about the new projects that are lining up. The daily stand-up brings lot of transparency into the workplace.

CONS:-
I can’t find any cons.

Get to learn a lot on the first month. Hand-on experience on everything and experience variety of works and projects. Very nice management team who care about employee's goals and career development. Strong teamwork as collegues are very open and happy to help new hires.
