No direction do what you want 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Senior leadership never around they take advantage of working from home so major issues are never addressed quickly

Has gone down hill since new VP and COO got hired 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and stressful  nobody follows the rules safety isn’t a priority they act like it is however it’s not. Attitude is just get the work done regardless

Nice offices. Few lovely people

Working with the Manager and Team Lead who are too close to be impartial

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Ok ish. Other depts are great, juat not the one I was working in

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy which I like. Non stop. Phone calls emails etc

Its a good place to work for That will allow for advancement with hard work. The company is always expanding so opportunity to climb the ladder is always available. The job it self is quite easy working in shipment and receiving, however it is hard work lifting tires and it can be physically challenging at times.

My Dept wasnt. No proper training, micromanaging. Demoralising, demotivating. Customers were awesome and colleagues in other depts were fantastic. Culture overall was pretty laid back

Hardest part was being demoralised each and every day by the micromanaging that went on. This was to find faults in my work. No praise.

Most enjoyable was talking to customers.

The people who work there are a great bunch of people to work with

There really is no stress everyone does there job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is down to earth no drama 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start at 6 am pick my orders finish work at 2:30 .

Good luck taking your breaks on time, good luck feeling valuable to the company regardless of seniority, terrible position wages for the work at hand, they trash all the temps that come in to work there and wonder why their workforce diminishes. 

Family feel with friendly coworkers, good pay, good benefits and great work life balance.

The company also truly invests in their employees’ development. I’m gaining valuable skills and am feeling appreciated for my contributions.

Always gotta be on your feet and always find something too do dont sit around and dont do anything . Find away to contribute and find away to be different from others even if that mean further educating your self so you could be more advanced than others .

Owner has taken a step back and led by another that has not been in the distribution scale, promises broken, bonuses are different and salaries are different for the same job, no explanations to all accusations from their staff,,,, no one listens

used to be a great company to work for but the new management is creating a bad culture based on bullying. depends which branch you work for and in what capacity
