TITAN CONSTRUCTION

A typicle day at work was very physicaly and mentaly demanding. I learned to prioritize my work and be compationate towards strangers. management was good and always pushed you to be fast. My co-workers were great and always there to help. The hardest part of the job was seeing families lose everything after a fire. The most enjoyable part was seeing the families after their homes were put back together.

Was able to get more experience in the duties with this job.was able to work with other co-workers and understand the duties I had to do. Enjoyed working with others on the job site,liked and able to do the duties on my own and I would like to be able to work with other companies and co-workers.

Being estimator and project manager is a challenging job. You learn to be efficient and how to multi-task. There was ample opportunity to advance in responsibility. Co-workers were like family. Running 3 projects at various stages of estimating to completion is very challenging. The compensation i $$ for the hard work was very rewarding.

In my recent  job experience as Heavy Equipment Operator for Titan Construction I have had the opportunity to operate various large mechanical equipment vehicles including 330 DL Caterpillar, 950 Loader Caterpillar, 15Ton Compact Roller, Mac Tandem Tandem, 450 John Deer Excavator and Tag Trailer’s.

Titan Construction employs great carpenters who usually do exceptional work on rebuilding homes. While the damages a fire/flood can cause on homes can be significant and a bit overwhelming, Titan Construction takes amazing care and secures their amazing work.

Worked as packer operator for a road crew. The hours were long and the pay was sufficient.
Also provided the opportunity to learn about road construction and maintenance.
Over all was a good learning experience.

Coworkers are great people and fun to work with but management needs to to better at helping the workers succeed instead of just being focused on themselves. 

unfortunately, I'm unable to change this to the correct place I work at. A typical day at work was a fast pace and a lot of hard work. this did wonder for my health. It was a very friendly and peaceful place to work

My review is not accurate as this is a different Titan construction than the one I worked for. Indeed will not let me alter the company for this review.

the boss was a well organized man great boss the crew was a very enthusiastic and hard working men we did are jobs right and we did them fast and over all had a nice clean job at the end
