This place honestly wouldn't be a bad place to work if the people in management cared about those underneath them. The lack of proper safety personal, program, and culture shows. It reeks of negligence. There is no room for advancement because blood ties matter rather than results. Morale was always ridiculously low. I doubt that has changed since my time there. It is not worth the headache.

One of the worst company's I have worked for.

They have very little knowledge of safety when i was there , they also are like a mom,pop,friend company. Very little chance to move up good.

My recommendation would be to stay clear of them not worth wasting your time with them. They even had OH&S Officers called on them because of there unsafe methods of work.

Promotions and management are only family or friends of family. Morale on site was usually low because friends and family got preferential treatment. Little to no safety protocols, or care to get a safety program. Run by people with no oilfield or construction experience.

The shift work is nice.
Good pay.
Most everyone there is very friendly and pretty easy to get along with.
This place has come a long ways since I have started working for the company 3+ Years ago as a labourer and it has given me the opportunity to learn so much and move up within the company.

Honestly the worst, most unsafe company to work for. And not to mention how horrible management is!!!!! Horrible!!!!! They don’t treat their employees very well. Managers were always fighting in front of everyone. Can’t believe Suncor allows them to work with them. 🤯

This company has a great idea for the recycling tires I worked for them for a year and half with out any notice or reason I was let go poor management and extreme lack

Good place to work and learn a lot about equipment. Oil and gas production plant through recycling. very unique. Advancement available if you are willing to work for it.

Excellent company to work for!  Competitive salary with great benefits, had no issues with management or staff & coworkers.  Only left for another opportunity but would return if asked again.

Long days itwas a plant that had caught on fire .Dew to a melt down. The pipes got plugged .So l helped clean up the mess inside.my job was to help to get things working.

Had their issues like most places. People were great and enjoyed working with them. Pay was pretty good and same with the benefits. I enjoyed my time there.
